ALOHA! WELCOME TO MAUI VISTA - TRULY A BEACH AND GOLF LOVER'S PARADISE!!! Pride of Ownership resonates throughout the condo. The condo was recently remodeled and updated throughout 2013 and 2014. All new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, tiled flooring, new carpet in both bedrooms, new master bathroom, new ceiling fans in every room, couch, chair, barstools and artwork(hope you like sea turtles!) Even the toilets are brand new! And just recently we installed a second Air Conditioning unit in the back bedroom. There is now AC in both the master bedroom and living area. This is great for those hot summer months! Not many units have 2 AC units. It is much easier to tell you what isn't new. That is simply the bedroom furniture and upstairs shower. Those will be 2016's project though they function and look well.
ANOTHER IMPORTANT FACT ABOUT CONDO... We take presenting a clean condo to our guests very seriously and on top of cleanings after every guest the condo receives a 'DEEP CLEAN" once a quarter! A practice that we have implemented this year. We also take pride in making sure the condo is stocked with fresh linens. So no matter what... bath towels, sheets, linens and beach towels are replaced AUTOMATICALLY every 12 months.
Now about our rates....Hands down we offer a great value. Please check around and you will see our rates our less than 20%-40% than most other 2 bedroom condos in Kihei. No price gouging here! Unlike a good number of other condos on travel sites, we do not use a property management company to book your reservation. Thus we cut out the middle man and pass the savings on to you! HOWEVER, we do have a local property management company that has a office close to the condo to check you in and handle anything you would need for your stay. And finally, please ask about the discount for making a reservation back to back on another booking. We try not to have to many gaps in our calendar!
NOW ABOUT MAUI VISTA AND OUR VIEW! Situated on well-groomed grounds, our unit is in the building closest to all the beaches and is a stroll away from the famous Charley Young and Kamaloe Beach I. Kamaole Beach II and III are just two blocks away. These white sanded beaches are great for first-time snorkelers, those who just want to lay out or better yet, those who just want to enjoy a nice cocktail while watching the sunset. The fact that all Kamaloe Beaches have lifeguard and restroom facilities make them a very family friendly. Five other beaches (Keawakapu, Ulau, Wailea, Polo and Makena) are just a five-minute drive away! Plus, Maui Vista is only 2 blocks away from a very popular surf park which is great for beginners. There are many surf schools and surf board/paddle board rental shops located across the street from the surf park.
Maui Vista offers three pools, six champion tennis courts, barbeque grills, elevators and even an Expedia-Fun on site activities desk that can help you arrange all your activities during your stay. This condominium and complex is extremely well-maintained.
Our condominium offers all the comforts of home: Family room, full kitchen, dining area, Air Conditioning, Cable TV., washer/dryer in the unit and linens. Even beach chairs and beach towels are provided. It is a no smoking/no pet condominium.
Our condominium is located in building 1 the most desired building as hands down building 1 offers the best views of the ocean. I have been told by guests that other than "beach front" our view from the condo couldn't get any better. Also being the closest building to the beach means ones walk to the beach is less than a minute once off the elevator which makes it really EASY when having to haul beach chairs, coolers etc to the beach. You will never miss out on walking down to Charley Young beach to see a sunset because of too far a walk! Can't say this about building 3 which is located much farther from the beach!
Many repeat renters come back to stay at the condo because they love the view, proximity to the beach and the affordable rates.
Maui Vista is within walking distance to grocery stores, shops and all types of restaurants. Wailiea's world-class resorts and six championship golf courses are within four miles.
