In the owner's opinion, the nicest resort along the panhandle. Set away from the road just off Highway 98, visitors enjoy the lush landscaping and seclusion of a private resort with all of the commercial conveniences just minutes away.
This unit was completely renovated in 2005 and received a gold rating. It includes travertine flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, attractive furnishings and truly unique artwork. You will enjoy a spectacular view of the adjacent wildlife preserve. The pool is just below - accessible in seconds and perfect for families with children.
The beach is a short walk through the grounds (three minutes). There is no need to cross a major roadway. For those choosing to ride, Tops'l provides a shuttle that runs regularly between the Summit and the beach and throughout the grounds. The Tops'l beach was recently renourished with approximately 100 feet of sand added to the shoreline. With the wildlife preserve next door, visitors can enjoy long walks along the beach with minimal crowding.
In addition, Tops'l continues to be recognized yearly by Tennis magazine as one of the top tennis resorts in the nation. It also boasts a state of the art gym/fitness facility and indoor pool with a multitude of other activities available on-site.
After a long day in the sun, restaurants and shopping are just minutes away. You may also choose to take in a movie, try your hand at bowling or visit the local amusement parks - all nearby.
