Our one bedroom villa is located in Seascape Golf and Tennis Resort. Amenities include its own 18 hole golf course, Pro Shop, eight tennis courts, five swimming pools and acres o beautiful landscaped grounds ending at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It also has it's own beachfront restaurant (Whale's Tale) offering good food at reasonable prices and a downstairs bar on the beach to sip your favorite drink as you watch the sunset.
The second floor unit is located on the golf course and has a large, covered porch with a swing overlooking the pool. The villa is 800 square feet and has a large bedroom with a queen bed. Unit has all new furnishings and is equipped with two TV's, VCR's and a DVD in living room and free WiFi. Kitchen is completely furnished and there is a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Seascape Resort is a five minute drive to Silver Sands Outlet Mall with over 100 name brand stores.
