Inside you will encounter a four bedroom, 3 full bathroom elegantly decorated environment. Our design team incorporated every detail of an aquatic, nautical, and nostalgic theme. No corner was cut in creating an inspired and masterful indoor setting, for a dream vacation experience. The master suite features a Cali-King bed, two other large bedrooms have Queen Beds, mirrored closet doors and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. A fourth bedroom features a day bed, with a pop-up trundle, hardwood flooring and a 26 inch, wall mounted, plasma television.
All bedding features high thread count sheets, and all the blankets, pillows and comforters needed for a blissful slumber. Bath accessories include plentiful towels sets, and large outdoor towels. You will find unopened packages of toiletry items including paper, soap, shampoo and toothpaste, in every bathroom.
A hardwood floored and large game room, houses a poker table, it can also serve as a dining area, wall mounted 26 inch plasma television, second day bed, wine cooler and seating for eight. A full sized rollaway bed is located in the hall closet, providing sleeping accommodations for up to 12.
The living room features soft and comfortable leather furniture and provides an ideal ambiance for drinks, conversation and camaraderie. The formal dining area seats four, and the family room has a 56 inch HDTV, stereo system, fireplace and comfortable wicker furnishings. A fun atmosphere surrounds this section of the home. The kitchen is a gourmet dream with stainless steel double ovens, stainless steel wall mounted microwave, gas range, oversized stainless refrigerator, granite countertops.

The San Joaquin-Sacramento River Delta offers the greatest Bass fishing in the world. Numerous big fish areas are found in nearby flooded islands such as Big Break, 30 minutes by boat, Franks Tract, 17 minutes, Mildred Island, 20 minutes, and Mandeville, 13 minutes. Additionally, Woodward, 5 minutes and Victoria Canals, 20 minutes are excellent early morning big fish areas.
Further south are the spectacular backwaters of the Old and Middle Rivers, some are reached by utilizing a portage, provided by the State of California. Here you enter a serene and peaceful world consisting of small lakes reachable from the river, and surrounded by tall old trees. This perfect and natural setting offers nature lovers the opportunity to experience and photograph the habitat of Beavers, River Otters, Raccoons and Geese. Duck Weed stains the water, while Bass aggressively chase frogs. This is a world of seclusion and beauty beyond imagination and expectation.
This magnificent area offers the opportunity to relax and enjoy Mother Nature, while escaping the often-busy Delta, away from the crowds of boaters, water-skiers, and the obnoxious noise of boat engines and boom boxes. You will discover un-pressured Bass lurking in dark green waters. You will be awestruck by the heart-stopping excitement of giant Bass, exploding on your top water baits! A vision like none other and it will then quickly possess your soul.
These are the places your heart will have you go and the places in the distant reaches of the sweetest of dreams. This is where wildlife chooses to rear families and join the majesty of life. Places of spectacular beauty and seclusion far-far away from the business of the summer delta. This is where I go with my Brother and my closest friends, a place to find serenity, solitude, nature’s greatest show, and feisty football shaped Bass! A place of magical harmony as perfect as a mythical and evasive illusion. Go there and you will find a place, where you can rest your spirit! Some fine day my children will scatter my ashes in these wonderful places and I will then rest in heaven.
You will also find the Delta over populated with numerous other species of fish. Abundant are Bluegill, Crappie, Catfish, Striped Bass, Carp, Shad, Smelt and Crayfish and all of these can provide days and nights of fun. Children can catch Bluegill virtually all day, any day using a red worm. Fish shallow in the spring and deeper in the summer and harvest numerous Crappies up to three pounds. Catfish are large, plentiful and cooperative, when tempted with the right bait, at the right depth and location. These fish are line stretchers, they will set your heart a pounding. One of the best ways to catch numbers of four to 20 pound Cats, is to use a small Bluegill for bait. You just leave a 3-foot leader beneath a bobber and hold on to your pole. Senior Catfish, Striper and Bucket-mouth Bass will gobble this offering with abandon. You will want to have your camera ready to record the action, drama and the challenge of the moment. These pictures will brighten any family album and preserve a lasting memory. This dream fishing hole is directly alongside the house, where Marsh Creek outflows into the Delta. Also abundant here are the crayfish and they too make fine and tempting offerings for the hungry giants you can catch.
I am a professional tournament Bass fisherman and I will be happy to give you and your guests a free tutorial and demonstration of all of the techniques, I described here. Allow a couple of hours for this and you will catch a ton of memories. Please practice catch and release.
