My husband and I rented this unit over Christmas 2009. It was fabulous! We loved the "movie star" theme. It was quiet, with only a two-block walk to the main drag, downtown Palm Springs. About the owner: Hello! Bonjour! My name is Monique De Smet. I am originally from Belgium but I have been living in British Columbia for many years. I speak fluent French and English and have travelled extensively around the world. It was on one of my holidays that I discovered wonderful Palm Springs. I returned to Palm Springs several times and rented in different areas, but when I rented in the Biarritz, I decided this was the best place, in the best location and I bought the condo!
Why the Owner Chose Biarritz:
My 'movie star' condo is not just a rental to me, it is my home away from home. Therefore, I will continue to keep the property sparkling. Plus, my partner is an art director/designer and she intends to update the property regularly. I will leave a diary of interesting things that I have discovered in the Palm Springs area and will pass tips on to you.
