All applicants to rent must be in compliance with this city ordinance and pay any applicable city bed taxes if they apply. Collection of all revenues and taxes are performed under this city ordinance by law.
Cancellation Policy: you must cancel 60 days prior to arrival in writing and then you would be charged with the RPF which would be 2% of the rental amount and refunded the remainder, or you can purchase trip insurance for a minimal amount to protect you.

This unit just came available on the program May 31, 2006 but we have had many satisfied renters for the past several years from the US and Europe who rent for weeks and often month's at a time.
