A waterfront experience you will never forget. This large family home has a downstairs living plan with western exposure viewing the water and beautiful Mount Tallac!
You will enjoy an open tile kitchen with gas stove for the chef who wants to cook with a view! A large dining room is yours with seating for eight, plus four in the living room and three at the bar! The living room has an open Franklin fireplace and a warm brick hearth.
The living room opens onto the huge waterfront deck and pier area. It is only a short boat ride to the Lake. You can fish and swim right from your private dock! Also on the deck, you have a huge hot tub for your enjoyment. Along side the home is an additional landscaped lot to enjoy.
Bedroom six doubles as a family room with 32-inch large screen TV and the bunk bed is a double on the bottom and a single on the top! Two sleeper sofas are available in the great room. For a small additional fee per person, you will have access to an indoor pool and spa (year round), also in the summer, you can enjoy the private beach, tennis courts, and outdoor pool (fee required).
WIFI! PROPERTY HAS HIGH-SPEED 802.11G ACCESS AS WELL AS DIRECT ETHERNET CONNECTIONS TO A CABLE ROUTER! PERFECT FOR THOSE WHO JUST HAVE TO KEEP UP WITH E-MAIL OR JUST CAN'T BE TOTALLY OUT OF THE OFFICE!

The Tahoe Keys is a great family neighborhood with tree-lined streets, lake access, tennis courts, clubhouse pool, and private beach. The mountain views from the back deck are spectacular, and the nights are quiet and refreshing.

There's a huge back deck and boat dock with channel access to Lake Tahoe. You are welcome to bring you boat! This is a double lot with a big side-yard. Tucked away in back is a fenced dog run.
