Our townhouse villa has four bedrooms and three full baths. The spacious layout of this villa is a wonderful home for reuniting with family and friends. It has an open floor plan that opens up to a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and large living room. The villa has a screened porch and deck overlooking a large, secluded, pine tree landscaped yard.
The first floor offers a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and full bath. The second floor has three bedrooms which has two bedrooms with a set of twins in each that share a full bathroom. The master suite consists of a king with a full bath attached and its own private deck. All bedrooms have plenty of drawers and closet space.
This corner unit is a short walk to the beach, pool, South Beach Marina Village, racquet club, and the notorious Salty Dog restaurant/bar.
