An exceptionally well appointed home- stylish and comfortable! - Sea Pines Cottage on Hilton Head Island 17 Hollyberry Lane: Guests LOVE this property- there is not a nicer 3 bedroom home for rent in Sea Pines-- come and enjoy! April 2008- New deck chairs and patio umbrella, new gas grill, fresh pine straw and new landscape lights-- all just part of my annual updating and keeping all fresh and nice for YOU--- "This is the nicest vacation home we have ever stayed in on Hilton Head!" This is what I have heard from nearly every one of my guests at the Hollyberry House, just renovated and outfitted with all new everything. Located at 17 Hollyberry Lane in cozy Greenwood Forest at Sea Pines, this house is sure to be a repeat retreat for your family's trip to the beach! Or maybe you're planning a "Girls' Weekend" or "Guys' Golf Trip".... no matter-- this house is perfectly appointed for all. Hollyberry House is light and bright and I have filled it with every amenity that I appreciate when I vacation-new electronics, crisp, cotton sheets and fluffy pillows, all new appliances, and lots of information about everything to do on the Island. The pine floors and new carpets are clean and fresh smelling, as are the fabulous new furnishings by Coastal Chic (a great place to shop in nearby historic Bluffton.) The bright, open kitchen, featuring all new dishes and acctrouements, is a great place to boil fresh shrimp and corn on the cob...or order pizza from nearby Guiseppi's! There is also a great grilling deck with gas grill for fresh fish or a yummy steak from the Fresh Market. Have you ever rented a vacation home only to find that the glassware is old and mismatched, the cookware is nearly non-existent, and that there MIGHT be one or two old wine glasses hidden back in the dark, stained cabinets? I have!! And I did not want that experience to greet my guests! A spacious living room with new flat screen TV with DVD player opens to a huge deck with comfy outdoor furniture-- just the place for sunning, sipping, or chatting. 3 bedrooms (1 King,1 Queen, 1 Queen) each boast the comfiest bed linens I could find, with "down alternative" pillows- great for those who may be allergic, as well as plasma TV/DVD in each room. Baths are all new and spic and span! There is a big laundry room with space for hanging wet things after swimming. Ceiling fans and cool AC make even the inside breezy! Stay connected to the outside world (if you must) with high speed wireless internet from Hargray DSL. Hargray has just upgraded to 3 Meg- even faster. As a Hollyberry House client you will also receive free access to Hargray's "hot spots" all around the Island. You can even take your lap top to Harbour Town, find a rocking chair, and start surfing or check email! We welcome your well behaved pet for a small additional fee-- less than boarding and lots more fun-- also FENCED BACKYARD! No pets in your party? No problem- there is NO pet smell in this house-- LOCATION: Mapquest of GoogleMap 17 Hollyberry Lane, Hilton Head, 29928, to see the exact location. Greenwood Forest is nearly equidistant from Harbour Town, South Beach, and the Beach Club-- 5 minutes by bike or 2 minutes by car to any of the three! FAQ: Beach Proximity-- Hop in your car and drive to Sea Pines Beach club in 2 minutes. There you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas, sip a cool drink at the Beach Bar, or grab a freshly grilled burger from the grill. Children's activities, full baths, and a shore store complete the Beach Club. THE OCEAN IS A 10-12 MINUTE WALK-- GOOD FOR A STROLL OR EXERCISE, BUT IF TAKING CHILDREN OR LOTS OF BEACH GARB, BETTER TO BIKE OR DRIVE. LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: Book 21-8 days in advance of arrival and receive 20% off published rate. Book 7 or fewer days in advance and receive 30% off published rate. WINTER OR LONG TERM RENTAL: Buy 3 weeks- get one free! No tax for rentals 90 days or longer. MULTI-WEEK SPRING, SUMMER AND FALL RENTALS: 5% discount off weekly rate. SHORT STAYS: All reservations less than 7 nights are pro rated from weekly rate (discounted when applicable) and pay full cleaning fee of $150.
