Sleeps six (one King, one Queen, and one full futon), level entry, mountain view, full kitchen, jetted spa tub for two in master bathroom. We also feature Wi-Fi for your laptop, Digital Cable with LCD 26 inch TV, unlimited long distance (48 states).
You will love this bright home with a gorgeous mountain view and level entry. ALL items in the home were purchased in spring of 2006, new carpet June 2007. We provide all your bedding, linens and plush towels, as well as condiments, shampoos and soaps.

Beach club pass allows entry to private Lake Arrowhead's beach clubs, beaches, fishing, and trails. Without it, you do not have access to our lake.
Upstairs (entry level):
Living room: Wi-Fi high-speed Internet and Cable TV with hundreds of channels of digital cable in living room 26 inch LCD TV. Comfortable couch and oversized chair, fireplace uses gas logs-no firewood needed. Extra-large dining table with six chairs, and air conditioner, which is plenty for the entire house. We have an iHome speaker system which will connect to any iPod or MP3 player through the earphone attachment.
Kitchen: stocked with most of the food staples you'd need--ketchup, relish, mustard, mayo, flour, sugar, coffee, teas, oil, olive oil, 17 spices, etc.- see Website for more information. Natural gas barbecue grill means no tanks to fuss with. Wolfgang Puck Stainless pans, few dishes, silver and everything! Nice glasses - no garage sale or hand-me-down items in our kitchen!
Game room: five foot air hockey table, games, 17 inch LCD TV with 80 channels of cable, full-size futon couch/bed.
Downstairs:
Master bedroom: King-size bed with luxury bedding and linens, wood fireplace has gas logs-no firewood needed. Private master bathroom has a two-person corner jetted spa tub. Nineteen inch TV with 80 channels of cable. Great view of mountainside out the sliding doors to your private deck.
Queen bedroom: Queen-size bed with luxury bedding and linens, bathroom has tub/shower enclosure. Great view of seasonal stream out the window.
Laundry room: Washer and Dryer available for your use includes detergent.
Porta-Crib, booster seat, children's videos, and some toys including Brio trains.
Keyless entry system so you don't have to worry about picking up your keys or losing them.
We have an extensive listing of books (over 1300 plus picture books) and videos (over 300) on-line for you to choose to have in the home for your stay.
Parking for two cars on our parking deck.
Complimentary Mountain News newspaper, On the Mountain Magazine, and Homes and Land Magazine.
Information notebook in our home will be included with local activities, directions to most everywhere, emergency information, local tips, restaurants, and helpful info, menus, etc.
For an additional charge, we'll do your shopping and have the kitchen stocked for the first day or your entire stay! After all, you're on VACATION, aren't you? $175/night (Sunday through Thursday).
$200/night (Friday & Saturday).
$200/225 July/August and $200-300 depending on holiday
7% Bed Tax on Rate.
$75 Cleaning Fee.
Check-in 3 PM & Check-out 11:00 AM. Late Checkout MAY Be Available.
$250 Security Deposit. Add $50 if bringing pets
