This place is definitely a haven of peace and quiet. Just a stone's throw from the wonderful Chapultepec Park, I enjoyed comfort in a spacious and well designed studio surrounded by greenery. I was also much pleased by the graceful and helpful welcome by the owner of the place. Right upon arrival I was provided with tips and advice as to find my way around the wonderful City of Mexico. I also particularly enjoyed the leafy neighborhood of San Miguel de Chapultepec with its tree-lined streets and interesting architecture, somewhat reminiscent of Bauhaus (but much nicer!). Easily accessible, well equipped and well maintained, this is the perfect place where to start a visit in the Mexican capital. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time there, either for business or leisure.

Very comfortable 'tree-top' studio perfectly located near metro, supermarket & beautiful Chapultepec Park. Roomy with all we needed for a worry-free stay including our delightful host who provided many tips & helped make our visit to Mexico City spectacular. Highly recommend this Studio to all except those who have difficulty climbing stairs...but for those who aren't limited by stairs, the views thru the trees into the Studios garden are well worth the effort! Regretted leaving and hope to return for another visit soon.

We stayed at Studio Chapultepec from Feb 2-8, 2012. The studio is small but has everything you need. Your visit begins with a small orientation by the Architect who designed the studio. Your first glimpse of your temporary home is through the lovely garden. The studio is on the 3rd floor so going up three flight of stairs at 7,300 ft above sea level requires mobility but provides good exercise. You are extremely centrally located. You'll love the morning light coming through the two walls of windows surrounded by greenery. The linens, towels and quilts are fluffy and comfortable. Ten rental includes a booklet with information to address every possible need you might have. Daily Maid service. This is a great value and we would rent again without hesitation.

Mexico City is such a proud, magnificent and beautiful city! It was a privilege to experience its parks, museums, markets and historic sites. Studio Chapultepec was the perfect location from which to explore, as well as the ideal place to come “home” at the end of each very full day. Our host provided not only great hospitality,but also a wealth of local tips and insights.

Of the excellent sketchbook, may I say that I was particularly charmed by those of Tlacotalpan. To any future visitors who might be over sixty years, I recommend the "tercera edad" section of the Bosque. I should like very much to return to Studio Chapultepec.

It’s our last night in the Studio and Mexico City. We are almost sad to be going back home, leaving this wonderful little sanctuary that has been our temporary home, a workspace and an unwinding space. The greenery is beautiful outside our window. Across the door is the large park. Everything is extremely convenient and the metro functions very well. Thank you for setting up this lovely studio and letting people come and share it. Four days' stay in Studio Chapultepec were just right for an introduction to the museums in the park. My introduction to Mexico DF as well.I was thrilled to find that dogs are not allowed in the park, making my walks there so much more peaceful.And now I can tell my friends and relatives that my neighbor in Mexico DF was the president of the country, as well. Apparently he lives near here.Yes I will recommend Studio Chapultepec if I meet anyone interested in visiting Mexico DF (or the president of Mexico)

Mariana & Raul, Thank you both for all the help before we got here and while we were here. We loved our adventures to Coyoacan and Fridas' "Casa Azul", the Ballet Folklórico and Xochimilco! This was a great place to stay. I totally recommend the studio for first-timers to DF. The neighborhood is safe and centrally located and the premises are darling. My best friend and I had an awesome time in Mexico City because we had such a comfortable place to call home. We cooked simple dinners every night in the kitchen and were able to keep enough food for breakfast in the fridge. This saved us on several occasions because my friend is a vegetarian and had a bit of a hard time finding places to eat. The owner took the time to listen to our plans and then left us messages as to the best time to visit certain sites that week because of the holiday. He was very kind. The studio is wonderful and I will stay there again! Jamie

Dear Mariana & Mr. Diaz, Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in your studio. The studio is absolutely beautiful. I could live here for ever but sadly only had a few days! I specially appreciated all the information on the neighborhood, Mr. Diaz's very warm welcome, the excellent travel / culture guides in the studio, the lovely conforter and pillows and the bid fluffy bath towel. The location of the studio is perfect to easily access all the sights of DF by foot or metro. I will definitley look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Mexico City.
