It is just a few minutes from marinas, great restaurants (some with live entertainment}, park, amusement park, sandy beach and the historical Erie Canal.
Ideal for four to five people whether it is for one week, a three day week-end, one month or more, any season of the year in this winterized house.
Built in 1999, this 850 square foot house has been improved greatly over the past few years.
Two bedrooms of which one is in the loft have full-size beds. The full bathroom has a whirlpool bath with continuous water heater. The contemporary living room, the small dining area and the island kitchen with bar stools are comfortable. The loft has a smaller TV with a Playstation 2.
CDs, DVDs, videos, playstation games, books and table games are provided for your enjoyment.
The floating dock accommodates boats up to 21 feet. Fishing can be enjoyed from the back yard.
