May 31, 2009 - June 13, 2009 ... $850/week.
June 14, 2009 - September 5, 2009 ... $1000/week.
A $200 security deposit is required at the time of down payment on rental.
All rates are subject to 8% MI Tax and $95 cleaning fee ($60 fall/winter cln fee).
Minimum 1 week Sat-Sat stay required (summer). 50% of rental fee deposit required.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
