This home is a unique opportunity to enjoy all that Crystal River has to offer. The home is spacious with a full kitchen, large tiled dining and family room complete with cable TV, VCR, DVD and stereo system. A wireless modom is currently installed for cable internet access. There are five ceiling fans located throughout the house.
The home is situated in a quiet, family neighborhood and sits on about a 3/4 acre lot. There is a Florida room (room enclosed with windows) complete with table, chairs for dining in inclement weather. There is also a screened porch in addition to all of the pool area, and electric grill which is also screened.
Located 50 yards from Kings Bay on a canal which I can navigate with my 25 feet boat year round. There is a boatslip and about 60 feet of dock space available for those of you that want to bring their own boats or rent one from multiple places nearby.
There is a County boat ramp with rest rooms and picnic area about 4 miles down Fort Island Trail.
2 person top sider kayak is available for your use.
The area is perfect for swimming with the manatees and swimming in nearby springs. 3 Sisters and main spring within paddling distance.
The home is located at the end of the street on a cul-d-sac. Very quiet with good neighbors. Shopping and many restaurants only two miles away. Golf one mile. Pool is not heated.
