We LOVED Crystal River, and the Palm Springs home was the perfect place to stay! It really feels like home. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was in the home. The only thing we had to bring were ourselves. Palm Springs is located in a quiet, family neighborhood. It was so nice to sit in the lanai in the evenings and hear nothing but nature. We truly enjoyed having the canal right out the back door, and took full advantage of the kayaks provided. On our first night there, manatees swam right up the canal and into the boat slip! We enjoyed bird watching in the yard. The largest blue heron I've ever seen was literally taking a walk around the neighborhood one evening! It was truly wonderful having the pool to refresh us after a day of enjoying all the area has to offer. My week in Crystal River was truly one of the best vacations I think I have ever had! Thanks, Kennedy family, for allowing us to share a little piece of your paradise!

.....3rd. time staying at THe Palm Spring....My wife and I had a wonderfull time,relaxing,it feels like our home away from home,we are always talking about our good memories we've made there, ....we brought our 20 ft. boat, went scalloping, fishing, 3 sister springs,saw few manatees, ,Cracker's Restaurant for Dinner, live music, I video everything under the water ,the springs,the manatees,scalloping,etc.,what a great time we had,the pool was great,not too chlorinny.... We will like to thank the Kennedy family for letting us use your family home............... thank you, ....ps.don't change anything...... .....Mary & Angel ....Tampa , Fl.

ME AND THE WIFE AND PUPPY TRULY ENJOYED STAYING AT YOUR HOUSE . THE CANOE AND KAYAK WERE GREAT USE . WE RENTED A PONTOON BOAT FROM PLANTATION INN ONLY 1 MILE FROM HOUSE . WE WENT TO ALL THE SPRINGS AND DIVED THEM . THE POOL WAS GREAT FOR JUST RELAXING AFTER A LONG DAY . EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED IS PROVIDED, JUST BRING YOUR CLOTHES AND FOOD AND PERSONAL HYGINE STUFF AND YOU ARE SET . MY PUPPY LOVED THE BIG BACK YARD . TO RUN AROUND IN. GREAT FISHING OFF THE DOCK AND EVEN CAUGHT A FEW CRABS TO BOIL . THANKS AGAIN WE WILL BE STAYING WITH YOU AGAIN .VERY SOON .

My husband and I along with my daughter and 12 yr old granddaughter stayed for 4 nights here and wish we could have been here longer. Everything but the food was provided; the beds slept real well, and the couch was very relaxing. We did not do a lot of fishing as we were on the go taking side trips to Tarpon Springs and Homosassa Springs. We really enjoyed the great Mr King's Chinese Restaurant and also Cracker's seafood since Charlie's was closed. Crystal River is a wonderful place to come for relaxing and we plan to be back next year again earlier in the year so can see the manatee and fish right in the backyard so to speak. Thanks to the Kennedys for their help when we called! Hilda and Austin Phillips, Guntersville, Al.

We had a wonderful week at this ever so comfortable house. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy it! We really relaxed and just enjoyed nature while we were here. We had a little trouble with the boat while we were down so we didn't get out on the water quite as much as we could have...but it didn't even bother us! I think we needed the time away from work and worries , and this was the perfect house for it!

Staying in your home in Crystal River made us want to return next year. We enjoy kayaking and with your home on the canal, it couldn't have been more convenient. The home is clean, spacious and with all the amenities we enjoy in our own home. We only hope the weather is a bit warmer the next time so that can also enjoy the beautiful pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. Loved using the canoe and saw dolphins coming up the canal and lots of manatees over at Three Sisters springs. Large yard for my dog to run around in and get her exercise. Would like to return.

The house is simple and somewhat unassuming form teh outside, but is nice, clean and a great value once you get in the door. The us eof the kyack and canoe were a great bonus, and it is just a hop and askip away from manatees and all the fun that Crystal River has to offer.

Very Nice Home on the Canal. We saw wildlife every day. Highlights were the manatee, sea otter, pelicans, woodpecker....squirrels playing outside every morning. The three outdoor areas were awesome including the pool (even though it was too cold to use). The area was close to everything and so nice to take morning walks. This was our second stay at this home in the last ten years. We were very comfortable and happy with the accomodations. It is pet-friendly, the floorplan is open and bright and the views from the patio and backyard are amazing. Every morning it was like watching a wildlife parade up and down the canal. The kitchen was well-equipped, the laundry room and linen closet were well-stocked and worked out nicely for our stay. The home is centrally located to restuarants, grocery stores, state parks and nearby boat ramps/boat rentals. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing vacation. The Kennedy family has always been gracious and treated us very fairly and professionally. We look forward to coming back again. We have never experienced Crystal River in the spring or summer but I can only imagine that it is equally beautiful then.

My wife and I stayed at this rental property in November 2010 and we got more than we expected. The house is a little older, but definitely makes up for it with the beautiful lot it sits on. The house was very clean and well equipped. We love the water and were very pleased that there was a canoe on the property for our use. There were even Manatees in the canal behind the house! It was a tad to cold for the private pool, but I'm sure that is a big hit during the summer. We will definitely be coming back!

We were very pleased with the Palm Springs rental. My Husband and our two children came in September. The house included everything that we needed for our week stay. The property is beautiful and there were many fish in the canal behind the house. We took our 20 foot boat down with us and the docking at the house easily accommodated it. If your looking for a nice get away that your kids will equally enjoy, this is your spot! We look forward to coming back next Summer!
