Experience a unique escape to this private luxury mountain residence. The spectacular mountain views are in abundance. This spacious vacation home features an open layout that allows you to enjoy a private getaway or fun for the entire family.

The mountain view overlooking downtown Hiawassee is one of the first characteristics you will notice when you enter the home. On the main level there are vaulted ceilings and picture windows that extend from the ceiling to floor. This vacation home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level as well as a fully loaded kitchen with bar seating that provides a great space for entertaining friends and family. Enjoy star gazing and the night lights of Hiawassee from the wrap around upper level deck just out the sliding glass doors of the great room.

As you go down stairs you will be pleasantly surprised with the space to spread out. The family room downstairs has two recliners, a queen-size futon and a wet bar. A third bedroom, bathroom and a multi-purpose room with a washer, dryer, refrigerator and microwave are also features of the downstairs area. Unwind and relax outside on the fully furnished screened in lower deck. This provides the perfect place for a peaceful afternoon of reading a book or bird watching in the refreshing mountain air.

This beautiful home is just 95 miles north of Atlanta, 21 miles from Helen and two hours to Gatlinburg.

There is ample parking and we welcome some pets - please inquire. This is a non-smoking property.

Everything you need is already at the house (linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen) all you need to bring is the fun to start enjoying your mountain vacation.

Off season .. $75/night .. $490/week, plus $75 cleaning fee = $565.
2 night minimum, season = May-Aug, Oct & Holidays.

A $100 security deposit is required for reservations.

  • We took our 88 year old mom up to your home several times. At the end of our stay she says "I just want to cry that we have to leave". While my brother goes trout fishing, mom and I enjoy relaxing on the upper deck and enjoying the view. The screened in lower deck off the family room is also wonderful. We have had just the three of us and we also had more family to join us. There was always plenty of space. The upstairs allowed us to have a conversation area or watch movies (near the kitchen) and the family room downstairs allowed those who wanted to watch "sports". If you are looking for a great price, wonderful location, immaculately clean, mountain view, plenty of room, supplied with everything you need, this is it!!   • We went to Hiawassee with a group of family and friends and stayed in Angel's cabin. It was very large and roomy - perfect for a group of 8! The convenience to the lake was great! We made it to rent our boat in under 5 minutes. Will definitely try to stay here again when we have a larger group. Thanks!

  • Our vacation this year was great! The cabin was spotless and there was definitely everything in the cabin to make our stay very comfortable. With a family of 8 (5 kids/teens included) the downstairs was a BIG hit with them as well. We loved the view of Hiawassee at night as well as the convenience of being close to the town and Lake Chatuge. We will definitely look into booking this residence again for future visits. The deck and screened porch are great and offered lovely views. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch swing. We come to Hiawassee every summer and we have rented several other houses, but yours is by far the most convenient and most closely fits our needs. I hope to return for future visits. Thanks again!

  • We really enjoyed spending Thanksgiving at your house in Hiawassee and truly felt at home there the minute we walked in the door. The house is exactly as advertised on the VRBO website and even better. We found it very comfortable and spacious even with 6 of us staying there. Having the two separate living spaces made it great and gave both us and our son and his family plenty of privacy while allowing all of us to stay in one place. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything we needed to fix a Thanksgiving feast seemed to be there at our finger tips. The house has an awesome view, is convenient to everything we needed and had easy access. We left with the snow storm moving in early on Monday and it was still easy to get out to the main roads and the drive out of the area was not bad because the roads back to Atlanta are so good. I think my 5 year old granddaughter summed it up as they got ready to leave on Sunday by saying "This was the best vacation of my whole entire life". We all agree that it was one of the most fun and relaxing getaways we have had and hope to get a chance to get back to stay again soon. We highly recommend your home as not only the best vacation value in the area, but the most comfortable and best way to enjoy the beauty of the North Georgia Mountains !!

  • The house was fantastic - nicely decorated, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. We enjoyed our weekend immensely and enjoyed being able to have our little dog with us. There was plenty of space to have another family over to watch the game with us without feeling cramped or crowded. We definitely would like to rent again for other activities at YHC. The directions to the house were excellent, even arriving after dark.

Another couple joined us and it was so great because we had completely separate quarters with lots of space. We especially enjoyed the fireplace, it made it seem so comfy.
