Luxury home on the main channel! Located in the upscale community of Westport at Mandalay Bay.

This spacious home with over 3200 square feet of living area is well suited for relaxation. The downstairs area has a fully equipped Kitchen, eating area, formal living room with a fireplace, and a large family room with a woodburning fireplace, and 'wreck room. From the kitchen/family room area there is a view onto the main channel from the 12 large windows and glass door.

From the glass door, step out into a beautiful blooming garden, sit and relax and enjoy the morning sun or the boats going by, the house sits facing the east onto the main channel. The private boat dock is right off the backyard. Park your boat and go. Channel Islands National Park is 11 miles by boat. You can also rent a boat at the local Channel Islands Harbor! Santa Barbara is 20 minutes North on boat or car. The new Seabridge marina shopping center with a lovely new Vons, restaurants, and walkways is opened and has everything you need.

All bedrooms are upstairs. There is a beautiful master bedroom (California King-size bed) with a luxurious jetted tub, dual showerhead step in shower, walk-in closet, there is a veranda/sitting area off the two glass doors in the bathroom, there is a channel view from every window in the master bedroom and bathroom. In addition to the master bedroom there is a separate and private area with two bunkbeds, the other two bedrooms are private and each have queen-size beds and a bathroom. The laundry room is also located upstairs.

Come and enjoy a private, tranquil neighborhood- bring your bikes, kayaks, fishing pole, and boat! We are only one mile from the beautiful white sand beaches of Mandalay Shores, the Silverstrand, Hollywood Beach, and Ventura. We want to share are beach gallery home with you! Absolutely No Smoking!
