This is a luxurious 12 bedroom home, Almost 5000square feet . There are 12 bedrooms, 4 with oceanfront decks and 2 sound side decks. For the convenience of large groups, renting both sides, there is access between the units though the large, fully equipped kitchens via interconnecting doors.
This property,while built in 1998, has been completely remodeled as of March 2007 with new bamboo floors in the great room and bedrooms, tiled kitchen and bathrooms, and marble powder rooms.
Also, new deck furniture and SS grills.
Everything is included from utensils and china, to a full range of small appliances, including blenders, food processors, mixers, smoothie machines, and Calphalon and stainless steel cookware. The kitchens feature tile floors and countertops, large stainless steel refrigerators, with ice and water in the door. There are microwaves, electric griddles, and bread makers in each unit.
Vacuums are located on each of the main levels. There are2 washer and dryer, 6 televisions including 2 large screen TV, multiple VCRs and DVD player. A wireless Internet connection and free long distance calling within the continental United States is available.

Why the Owner Chose North Topsail Beach
We looked for 1 1/2 years before deciding on North Topsail. It was a combination of the privacy that is controlled by limited beach access and lack of commercial property and the friendliness of the local residents.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Unobstructed beautiful ocean view and sound views with frequent dolphin sitings and many turtle nests which are always in close proximity and have twice in the last 6 years been directly in front of the house.
