A bright, spacious condo with many new furnishings, and a new washer-dryer.
Ski Run 107 is unique for three reasons, location, size and indoor pool. This unit is in the center of Keystone Resort, right off US Highway 6, you can park right at the front door and walk to the ski lifts at Mountain House. The condo is almost 1300 square feet, with very large rooms. There is a sunny clubhouse, that has a heated pool, sauna, and hot tub.
This is a very bright, sunny condo with large south-facing windows and has great mountain views, from the living room and balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped, with many utensils and small appliances. A gas BBQ grille is on the balcony, and a new washer and dryer combo is located in the unit.
This condo can easily sleep 7. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two twins, the living room has a new queen-sofa-sleeper, and there is also a child's roll-away bed.
Both bathrooms have separate vanity areas and include electric hair dryers. The Master Bedroom also has a large walk-in closet.
The living room has a wood burning fireplace (firewood provided), a large screen TV, DVD and CD player. The master bedroom has it's own VHS/TV. Cable-TV is available on all TV's. Free Wi-Fi, Internet access, is provided in this condo.

Why the Owner Chose Mountain House, Ski Run
Keystone is a great family resort with so much to do in both the summer and the winter.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
In the winter, the night skiing is one of Keystone's little known, but best attractions. Night skiing is included in the price of a lift ticket. Also, the sledding /tubing hill is a lot of fun for all ages. In the summer, you can rent a sail boat or a party-pontoon at the Dillon Marina or hike and bike on the many trails around Summit County. The Snake River is right out the back door. Any time of year the Outlet malls provide a fun shopping experience.
There are two quad lifts from Mountain House that provide access to the entire ski area. It is less than a five minute walk from Ski Run condo.
Discounts for ski rentals are available online and can be picked up at this location. Email us for info on cheap rentals.
There are a few shops and restaurants in River Run with a large parking lot in front. The new gondola operates here.
There are no lifts from Keystone Village, but the pond is used for ice skating in the winter and paddle boats in the summer. It is a shoprt walk down a paved path from Ski Run.
There are beginner slopes on top of the ski mountain or here at Mountain House.

Shaun and Sarah White are originally from New Mexico, went to college in Texas and have been living in the Denver area for nearly 25 years. Our two children learned to ski at very young ages and the whole family enjoys coming to Keystone and Summit County all year round.
