Large two bedroom, two bathroom condo in the Benchlands of Whistler's Upper Village. Corner Unit, 1260 square feet, plus two patios and two ground level decks. Can sleep 7 in beds - one super comfortable king bed, two twin beds (can be pushed together or kept apart), queen pull out sofa,sinlge rollaway cot, insuite washer/dryer, underground secure parking for two cars, 5 minute walk to Blackcomb Mountain. Plasma tv with DVD player, and large tv in Master Bedroom, seating for six in the dining room, seating for six on the patio, gas fireplace, bar b q, wireless internet, and free local and long distance calls. Full size appliances and outdoor public hot tub. Some recent improvements have been done - granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new bathroom vanities, new flooring, fresh paint in designer colors.

Free shuttle bus to the village is right outside your door, or 10 minute walk to the Village. Minutes to the beautiful Chateau Fairmont Hotel with worldclass spa.

About the owner: My husband and I are both Financial Advisors with our own business in Vancouver,BC. We have been coming to Whistler for many years both for skiing and to enjoy the four seasons. My favorite time of year is the summer with its many events and activities. The village is blooming with potted flowers everywhere. The spring and fall are also very beautiful.

Why the Owner Chose Benchlands:
We chose this condo for its proximity to the village and the ski hill. We also love that it is so large and spacious at 1260 square feet, and four decks. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate more than two cooks. We have enjoyed doing some tasteful renovations in the condo over the last few months, and I'm sure our guests will enjoy them as well. The property is surrounded by towering trees and nature at every turn, and is located in a high end prestigious part of Whistler in a semi residential area. Although a short walk to the village's stores and restaurants, you are far enough away to avoid the noisy weekend crowds in the village.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The renovated hot tub just a few steps from the condo was a definite bonus. It's a great place to relax and meet people after a long day on the hill or on the golf course. We also like having two secure underground parking stalls for our guests' vehicles. Also the fact that you do not have to go to an agency to wait in line to check in and collect your keys is a nice feature for guests, as we have a very simple self check in and self check out process using a combination lock on the door of the condo. The spacious deck with bar b q and patio table and chairs for 4 - 6 people is something that many condos in Whistler cannot offer.
