Not so Heavenly after all

Location was good. Property was clean and the appliances nice. Cons: 1) There is no elevator to this unit. It's a steep climb up wooden stairs to the unit, so it's not handicap accessible and not good for taking up/down luggage. Splinters resulted in hands from holding the bannister in walking up and down the stairs. HOA doesn't maintain common area well. 2) Rental Agent wasn't very polite when I pointed out issues. 3) Wooden plank missing inside unit near the dining area. There was a nail sticking out of the floor where the plank should have been. All three issues were not disclosed in the promotion of this unit. I would not recommend this unit/property.
Owner response:This unit is not a handicap unit nor is it advertised that way. On other reviews on my website where they booked the unit it talks about the amount of stairs to the front door. I was unaware of any nail sticking up from the floor and still have not seen the nail that they are talking about. I did not get any calls from the renters letting me know that there were any issues with the rental. If I had I would have been right up there to take care of any problems that they had. I cannot fix a problem if I do not know that there is a problem.
