Tradewinds is a modern high rise located on beautiful Orange Beach, white sands and beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf, from the living room and both bedrooms. This is a corner unit on the 7th floor, away from the elevator and at the end of the walkway. The "05 stack" corner units (Most desirable) have a large gulf front balcony from which you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset!
Whether you enjoy shopping, dining out, golf, deep sea fishing, or night life, Tradewinds is conveniently located to any activity you enjoy. (BTW, Walking distance from "Live Bait"). Across the street from Adventure Island Arcade, go-carts and video. The beach side pool deck is only steps from the beautiful white sand beach. Why the Owner Chose Tradewinds
Having owned several properties on the beach, this one is by far is the best I have owned. Located across the street from Adventure Island arcade, Bubba's Seafood, Jakes Seafood, and walking distance to "Live Bait".
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The parking lot here is by permit only and is large enough to accomodate the complex. The view of the swimming pool from the balcony, and of the beach and gulf is top of the line. Since Hurricane Ivan, the complex has undergone major renovations and improvements which have enhanced everything about the building and the amenities.
