Tradewinds is a modern high rise located on beautiful Orange Beach, white sands and beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf, from the living room and both bedrooms, and a corner unit. Unit is on the 7th floor, away from the elevator at end of walkway. Large balcony, facing the Gulf, with nice view of the sunset.
Tradewinds is located conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, golf, deep sea fishing, grocery stores and night life, walking distance from "Live Bait". Across the street from Adventure Island Arcade, go-carts and video. The new pool deck, on the beach side of the building, is roomy and only steps away from the beach. The unit is about 1,000 square feet and decorated tastefully.
Updates have been made to the building and the unit, since Ivan. A $200 deposit is required and refunded after cleaning, usually within one week. I accept credit cards through PayPal, I invoice you! Last minute bookings do-able.

Why the Owner Chose Tradewinds
Having owned several properties on the beach, this one is by far is the best I have owned. Located across the street from Adventure Island arcade, Bubba's Seafood, Jakes Seafood, and walking distance to "Live Bait".
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The parking lot here is by permit only and is large enough to accomodate the complex. The view of the swimming pool from the balcony, and of the beach and gulf is top of the line. Since Hurricane Ivan, the complex has undergone major renovations and improvements which have enhanced everything about the building and the amenities.
