Owner's Map of Savannah
It was love at first site.
Waking up in Savannah is comparable to being in a European town. Savannah is a "strolling" town.
When we came for the first time we stayed in a B and B and enjoyed being able to walk everywhere with beautiful scenery at every turn. Our stay was 5 days and we purchased our home before we left on that first visit.
We love sharing our love and experiences in Savannah by renting our place so that others may grow to love the area as well.
Upon our retirement we look forward to spending more time in this City that has continued to grow on us.
We always say, "so little time and so many great restaurants". There are always new food experiences to be had. It's a good thing that we walk a lot while we are there!
Enjoy your stay and please share your experience on the website afterwards.

We enjoyed our trip immensely. The location of the home is perfect! You have the ability to walk to everything. The home is extremely comfortable and includes everything one would need. The owners are wonderful but unfortunatley we did have to contact them during our trip due to some excessive noise with the neighbors above us. It was during the Xmas holidays so maybe the noise is not typically that bad but we had our 2yr old son with us and at night he was consistenly awakened. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay in Savannah and will visit again

My best friend & I needed a place to stay in Savannah because she had continuing education classes at a nearby location. ( itagged along for a mini vacation.) Our stay was flawless. The condo is very spacious; we each had our own bathroom & bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. I felt like I was staying at a friend's (who decorates well) house. We didn't lack anything. The neighborhood is quiet, and only a couple of blocks to River Street. While my friends was in class I had the luxury of exploring the area by foot. There is still so much to see in this historic city! You could easily get by without a car in this beautiful area. We went to the Pirate's House, which was okay. I highly recommend the Olde Pink House. We had the best food & service that I have had in a very long time. The tavern downstairs was a lot of fun because of the talented piano player, Downey and the coziness near the fireplace. (We went there twice:) This was recommended by Ron, as was Vic's on the River. Vic's is also a great place to dine with a great view of the river. We also did the Creepy Crawler Pub Crawl, which was fun. Everything was available if we had wanted to prepare a meal, but we chose to eat out. The condo was very clean, and I would definitely stay here again & recommend this property. My only regret was that we had to go home!

My best friend and I took her grandmother and niece who recently lost her mother to Savannah as a much needed get away. This place was perfect. It was clean, well maintained and perfectly located. We walked the squares, went to the riverwalk nightly and ate at the Pirates House twice! Grandma was in a wheelchair and accessibility was good for her. Only a couple of steps in and out. She was able to maneuver inside just fine. Thanks Ron for a wonderful vacation. I am heading back next year!

My husband, brother and his wife and I take vacations together every summer. We've had some very nice places but we liked this one best. It was very comfortable and clean. Nicely furnished and had everything that we needed for a relaxing vacation. We are all senior citizens and didn't do much more than eat and shop (mostly eat). But we bought tour tickets on the trolley and the river. Visited a restored mansion/museum, etc. We walked some places (this residence is close to so much). We relaxed and read in the lovely square that was just a few feet from our doorway. We really appreciated the free bus. We didn't have to buy trolley tickets every day. They have a nicer TV than is shown in the pictures. Actually, there are 3 TV's that pleased our husbands. Even the lovely living room chairs turned out to be recliners. We would like to visit again and would definitely recommend it to friends.

The home worked great for us! My soldier son was able to have some of the comforts of home as he recovered from knee surgery! The condo was both charming and well-equipped. It's close to everything and I found time to walk and explore City Market, River Street and Broughton Street! Easy walk to the Pirates' House and the Pink House, both fun and pleasant places. Definitely have the fried green tomatoes at the Pink House...the best! Washington Square was beautiful and the neighbors were friendly! Thank you, Ron and Angela! I'd love to be able to visit again!

What a great location for a Savannah Get-A-Way...Excellent for two couples. .The flat was awsome, very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this home to stay in while touring Savannah and the local area. The park next door is also a nice place to have moring coffee. Park your car and enjoy the walks. Looking forward to returning this fall.

I just retired from the Air Force and met up with 2 of my girlfriends from back in the 80's who were stationed with me. We spent 3 nights over the St. Patricks Day celebration. This place was close to everything and was furnished really nice. I slept very good there. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook. We didn't get back in the car once we parked for the duration. I couldn't believe the room this place had. It looks exactly like the pictures, but I don't think you realize by them just how big this place is. I can't wait for an excuse to go back :)
Owner response:Thank you for the great review about our home in Savannah. It warms our hearts to know that friend and family relationships grow and are retained in our home. That is one of the many gifts that we receive in sharing our home with others. We also look forward to your next stay! Our best, Ron and Angela

We recently met friends for the weekend. What a great place to stay. Once we parked (in an onsite space provided), we were able to walk to everything. A beautiful park is located around the corner and it was a wonderful place to enjoy the spring weather. The condo was well equipped and provided everything we needed. Perfect for two couples if one does not mind twin beds in one of the bedrooms. A 5 minute walk to the Riverfront and all the shops/dining you could want. I think I gained 5 lbs! The owners were responsive and great to work with.
Owner response:Ron and I are thrilled that you enjoyed Savannah. We fell in love with Savannah and bought this home at our first visit there in less than a week and that was 9 years ago! It brings us joy each time we hear back from someone that stayed and shares their positive experiences with us. We hope to see you again. Fall and winter are beautiful as well. Take care, Angela
