Navarre Beach is a tranquil Santa Rosa Island community with beautiful white sandy beaches and crystal blue water. It is very common to see Dolphins and other marine life from our condominium's balcony.
Are you tired of crowds and traffic of Panama City Beach? Navarre Beach is the best choice if you are truly looking for a quiet retreat from hustle bustle of other nearby beaches. (Panama City Beach and Destin are few minutes driving distance from Navarre).

Condominium is located at Navarre Beach on Santa Rosa Island which is 12 miles long and is located between Pensacola Beach and Ft Walton off of Hwy 98. There is a bridge that connects Navarre Beach to the mainland. When on this bridge, you will be able to see Summer Wind complex.
We keep things very clean and only want renters who feel the same way! No Pets Allowed. Smoking is only allowed on the Balcony. Taxes and Cleaning fees additional.

- Beachfront: Beachfront: Directly on the Beach ! It feels as if you are right there on the ocean. If sitting in the living room feels like you are in a boat. You can see fish swim in the Surf and can see sting rays and Dolphins hunt in front of your balcony. Amazing Pier views (damaged). Last year we were swimming about 2 feet away from Dolphins. We catch a lot of fish right in front of our unit and locals know this amazing spot and fish here as well. Plenty or Reds, Spanish Mackerel, Lady fish, Pompano and others. Beach Weddings !

- Across the street from Juana's Pagoda and can rent Jet Ski's, sail boats, canoes, and other water sports. Amazing hangout place for adults with cheap beer and can walk back to the unit. Cocodries restaurant is also next to the resort. Gym is available for guests use. There is also a small shop in the building that provides amazing alcoholic drinks to you at the beach or at the pool. Beach Service is available for additional fees. Regular and fishing canoes are available for rent from the Beach Service. A lot of people fish around the pier and since pier is broken, people use these fishing canoes to go further out and fish under this pier. A lot of surfers on the Public side of the beach which is on the other side of the Pier. Not crowded at all even during peak summer months and long weekends. Perfect vacation spot.
