Located within walking distance of St. Joseph State Park, this home offers a very relaxing and most pleasingly decorated place, in which to spend your vacation.
The nearby state park offers nature trails, biking paths, fishing, snorkeling, scalloping, boating and many other activities. Cape San Blas is a very quiet, laid-back beach, with no high rise condos and no congestion. Nearby, Port St. Joe and Apalachicola offer shopping and wonderful restaurants, for off beach excursions. Cone Heads restaurant is just a short, five minute walk for sandwiches, ice cream and beverages. Enjoy walks on the sparsely populated, white beaches and build a bon fire on the beach in the evening.
The stars are especially beautiful in the night sky, above the ocean. Make many wonderful memories playing on the beach, floating on a raft or watching the dolphins play in the ocean.
A Beach Sandpiper offers two covered decks for your enjoyment, the lower deck is screened in, while the upper deck is open to the fresh ocean breeze. The lower deck opens off the living area and the upper deck opens off the master bedroom. The professionally landscaped ground level has a covered carport, seating area and charcoal grill. There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water and privacy.
There is ample parking for several vehicles or a boat in the home's private parking area.
