It has taken us two years to find an apartment equal in style and elegance to our first successful acquisition in Prague. The new apartment represents our values of providing accommodation which captures the historical charm of Prague, while at the same time offering value for money. This Art Nouveau building has been renovated by an Italian company. Their work on the building was nominated for an award. In the apartment, many original features have been preserved. Parquet floors, French doors, high ceilings and large original windows blend tastefully with restored antiques, chandeliers and touches of modern style. There is a sunny, quiet balcony overlooking a courtyard, where you can enjoy breakfast in tranquil surroundings. There is a two and three-seater sofa bed in the flat which comfortably accommodates extra guests. This Prague apartment has been styled with an attention to detail, care and elegance, sure to leave you with memories as deep and vivid as the city itself
There are two sofa beds in the apartment. In the living room there is a sofa bed. This can seat 2 and can also sleep 2. There is a larger sofa bed in the bedroom. This can seat 3 and can also sleep 2 guests. With two sofa beds our guests can enjoy more flexibility in terms of their sleeping arrangements. We can sleep, for example, 2 guests in the living room and two in the bedroom or 3 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room, or 4 in the bedroom. Two single guests can also sleep in the same bedroom, but in different beds or one in the bedroom and one in the living room. There can also be a maximum of 6 guests in the apartment. Parking is available in secure underground garages 5 mins from the apartment at Hotel IBIS, Old Town. As we have contacts in the hotel industry, we were able to negotiate special rates exclusively for our guests. Instead of 650 CZK, approx 27 Euro a nights, we are able to offer our guests 350 CZK, approx 13 Euros a night.
Taxi transportation can be arranged with our friendly and reliable taxi company, who will pick you up directly from the airport and take you to the apartment. Groups of up to 4 cost 550 CZK, approx 20 Euros, groups of up to 8 are 800 CZK, approx 30 Euros. Our drivers all speak English and are mostly Expats who are friendly and will be able to give you advice about Prague during your journey. The apartment is in Old Town. It is 5 minutes walk to Na Prikope street, where you will find the Municiple House and the Jewish Quarter. Wenceslas square and Old Town square are a few minutes from here. Florenc metro station is 1 minute from the apartment. This will take you to Museum, the top of Wenceslas square in 2 mins. A tram and bus stop, 2 mins from the apartment ,can take you directly to the Jewish quarter in minutes. From here it is a few minutes walk to Old Town Square. You can also catch the number 8 tram directly to the castle. There are two supermarkets minutes from the apartment and Palladium shopping centre, the city's largest, is 5 close by. There is a bus station behind the apartment and the main train station Halvani Nadrazi, is one metro stop away. The Hilton Hotel is opposite the apartment with its famous sky bar where you can enjoy panoramic views of the city. The jurys Inn is also here. By tram, metro or foot this is the pefect location to explore the city
