Comfortable, casual two-story country home in secluded Berryessa Highlands neighborhood of custom built homes. Located on a private half acre hillside with panoramic unobstructed view of Lake Berryessa and surrounding scenic mountains.
Sleeping comfort for 8 persons with two king beds, four queens and one single bed. Your second floor master bedroom has a cozy balcony and expansive view of the lake. Our two full bathrooms are newly remodelled for your comfort. To assist in your planning we would like you to know that 2 of our bedrooms are on the first floor with one room offering a king bed and the other a queen and a twin. The upstairs Master bedroom offers California King and the second upstairs bedroom provides 3 queen beds.
With two satellite TV's everyone can enjoy their favorite show. You will have to flip a coin to see who gets to watch the new 46" screen in the living room! We are happy to share our variety of board games with you, as well. You will find them waiting for you in the living room. Sorry, we do not have DVD or VCR available.
Enjoy your meals in the dining area while taking in your view or grab your plates and step outside onto our new 20 ft X 45 ft deck where multiple tables allow for comfortable seating for your family and friends. Our railings allow for an open view and at the same time provide safety for little ones.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything from measuring spoons to cookware. Granite counter tops are included in our newly completed kitchen renovation. Charcoal BBQ is available on the deck for grilling.
The decor throughout the house is casual and comfortable. The common areas offer decorative ceramic tile floors, which are part of our recent living room and kitchen renovation, while bedrooms & hallways are carpeted. Personal decorator items make the home warm & welcoming.
Should you prefer to dine out during your visit, you will be minutes away from Steele Canyon Park Resort at the bottom of the hill. Within the resort you can enjoy simple fair year round at The Cove Cafe & Bar. The lakeside Boathouse Restaurant and Bar , open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day, offers a full menu. Want to order a great pizza to go and enjoy it on the deck...just call the Boathouse and they will have it waiting for you! Oh!! Don't forget the ice cream parlor next door! Forgot something? The Cove also offers a small general store.
If you'd like to bring your boat there is parking available in the driveway or on the street. Ample parking for multiple cars.
Also located a few minutes from your lodging, within Steele Canyon Park Resort, you will find the boat launch ramp, shoreline for swimming, the ski school, and jet-ski rental. They have also created a shallow swimming pond with slide for younger guests. This area offers a nice lawn and shaded or open picnic areas with grills.
If you'd like to enjoy the Wine Country it's a beautiful 45 minute drive down to St. Helena where you will find an abundance of wineries, shops, movie theatre and restaurants. There are also a number of golf courses in the area. We are happy to offer you complimentary personal concierge service should you wish us to make any advance arrangements for your activities in the Wine Country.
After a busy day at the Lake you will welcome the peace and quiet of your secluded accommodations.

IN ORDER TO DO SO, THE HOME IS INSPECTED FOLLOWING EACH DEPARTURE AND WE MUST ADVISE THAT YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED THE $300.00 SECURITY FEE AND/OR YOUR SECURITY CHECK WILL BE CASHED AUTOMATICALLY IF DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OCCUR.
EXCEEDING THE NUMBER OF GUEST'S RESERVED: IF YOU EXCEED THE NUMBER OF GUESTS AGREED UPON AT THE TIME OF YOUR RESERVATION, WITHOUT THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT, WE WILL CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL $100.00 PER NIGHT FOR EACH NIGHT OF YOUR STAY. THIS INCLUDES OVER NIGHT GUESTS AS WELL AS DAY TIME VISITORS.

SHOULD DISTURBANCES BE REPORTED, THE GUEST WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE IMMEDIATELY. 2.THIS IS A HIGH FIRE AREA AND AS SUCH, EXTREME CAUTION MUST BE EXERCISED AT ALL TIMES. NO BBQ'S ARE ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. SMOKING MATERIALS MUST BE DISPOSED OF ONLY IN THE RECEPTACLE'S PROVIDED ON OUR DECK. 3. VEHICLES MAY NOT BE PARKED ANYWHERE BUT IN THE DRIVEWAY AND ON THE STREET. VEHICLES PARKED ON GRASSY OFF-STREET AREAS WILL BE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE.
