Walk up to the front door after parking your vehicle only steps away. No, you will not have the hassle of an elevator or even stairs for that matter. Your condominium is on the first floor. Step in and look to your left past your brand-new leather love seat and sofa sleeper. Yes, that is a 42-inch plasma T.V. for your enjoyment and a DVD player and stereo. Next you will notice your beautiful kitchen complete with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Your brand new dining table is spacious enough for six and you have extra seating at the bar if needed.
On to the bedrooms. The front bedroom has both a queen and twin bed to suit your needs (all pillow tops, of course). It is equipped with a T.V. and another DVD player, as well. Down the hallway pass the first of two bathrooms and arrive in your master bedroom. Enjoy 600-count sheets on your comfortable queen pillowtop bed. Not only do you have another TV here but it is a Flat Panel LCD TV.
Step right out the door of your Master Bedroom and find yourself poolside. Your pool includes tropical landscaping and pool furniture for your enjoyment. Remember this is a four-plex not a large crowded complex to share with many others.
You are on South Padre Island and there is so much to do here! Put your bags down in your huge, walk-in closet and head out to the beach. It is a mere one-half block to great beach access. Your beach access includes showers, bathrooms, shade and picnic tables. Not interested in cooking tonight? You can walk to several nearby restaurants!
So come on down, take in the sights and sounds at the beach, relax by the pool and enjoy the good life at your home away from home.
