Enter this gorgeous golf community through the guarded gate and head down the winding, palm-lined streets. This community is beautifully landscaped and manicured to perfection. The golf course brags two Azinger-Lewis 18-hole championship golf courses. The 28,000 square-foot clubhouse has a full service pro shop, bar, and both formal and informal dining areas. Warm up for your round on the aqua driving range or putting and chipping greens. If you do not feel like working on your golf swing, you can practice your tennis form on one of the eight lighted Har Tru tennis courts. A locker room, media room, nine heated swimming pools, and several hot tubs are also at your disposal.
Our condominium overlooks the well-stocked 38-acre lake. In order to partake in the view, you can lounge on the lanai that is accommodated with sliding glass doors for year-round comfort, ergonomically-designed patio furniture, and a television.
The interior is professionally decorated with custom bedding and window treatments. Each room has the finest of furnishings. The master bedroom and guest bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds and TV/VCRs. The master bedroom also has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and two walk-in closets. The guest bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a soaker tub and shower. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are included with the beautiful lake lounge in the living room. It has a full sofa, recliner, and a large entertainment center. Throughout the condominium there are a total of four televisions with cable, as well as VCR, DVD player, and stereo capabilities. The adjoining dining room seats six, and the kitchen dinette seats four.
The kitchen comes complete with all of the necessary cooking equipment, dining utensils, and linens needed to prepare your meals. Additionally, the condominium possesses a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.
This condominium is our second home. We did not spare on the amenities we selected. All of the amenities, including golf, offered at Heritage Palms can be used free of charge for a one-time transfer fee of $250 plus cart rental fees for you and one guest.
