Third bedroom has an additional bunk bed with a full on the bottom and single on the top. The third bed room also has porch access and TV/VCR/DVD player. Second floor has master bedroom with its own bath and queen-sized bed. There is an additional half bath on the second floor.
Dining, living, and kitchen areas are arranged in a "great room" design with access to second floor porch. Kitchen is very well furnished with all supplies for great cooking (owners like to cook). We supply some games, puzzles, books, and VCR movies. Additional TV/VCR/DVD player and digital cable. There is a storage shed with Weber gas grill and plenty of room for bikes and beach toys. Plenty of off-street parking. Nice backyard for kids.
The townhouse is located in the center of Avalon which is one of the jewels of the New Jersey shore. Avalon is a high-end, well-maintained community essentially devoted to vacationing at the beach. You can literally park the car on Saturday and not need to move it for a week. Easy walking to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, mini golf, arcade, small boardwalk, fishing piers, etc. Twenty-minute drive to the exciting Wildwood boardwalk. Twenty-five minutes to historic Cape May. Forty minutes to Atlantic City.
