This condo is located in Palmetto Dunes which is a world-class gated resort known for its fantastic beach, three championship golf courses, and award winning tennis. The beach is perfect for bike riding with its hard sand near the water's edge. The golf courses (two of which are within two min's. bike ride) provide even more riding and walking opportunities on their cart paths anytime after 7:00 in the evening. While there is a boat launching area about a mile from the condo, the owners have launched kayaks from the bank behind the condo. Fishing can also be done from the same place.
This spacious two bedroom, two bath villa has one of the best lagoon views in Centrecourt! Great floor plan with two master suites, each boasting two queen size beds and cable television. Come and enjoy the large newly tiled living area with cathedral ceiling and the updated kitchen with granite countertops. Pets are allowed. Please email for details.
Serene views of the lagoon from your private covered porch welcome you. Relax as you watch the kayakers, canoeists and fishermen glide by from your second floor vantage point.
Centrecourt has a pool, is in close proximity to tennis courts, and is less than three-tenths of a mile walk to the beach.

Our group consisted of two 60+ retired couples seeking a restful vacation. The view from the rear deck is extremely tranquil featuring Oak trees & Spanish moss overlooking a canal with multiple Herons swooping in and out. We found the unit very well outfitted with 4 Queen beds and everything else right down to the kettle for heating water for tea! Nothing was missing. The unit was very clean, comfortable, up to date and in perfect working order. The beach was fantastic!! We enjoyed being in a gated community. We have been vacationing at Hilton Head off and on for 20 years, and all our expectations were exceeded. The owners are a delight to work with making it a totally enjoyable experience. We consider ourselves potential returnees and would recommend this unit to anyone.

If you are looking for a great condo in Palmetto Dunes, this Centre Court unit is just right. The photos shown here are accurate and the unit is spacious. We were here July 16th - 23rd, 2011. This was the first time we stayed in a non-oceanfront villa in Hilton Head and we were very pleased. Beach access at the Disney Beach area was great. We walked there, biked there and also drove our car there. It's only about 3/10ths of a mile from the condo. We liked this unit because it was on the top floor (2nd floor) and it was in the center of the complex. The lagoon and the trees in the back were really refreshing after spending the day at the beach. Parking right in front of the unit, a nice pool, close to the General Store....it was perfect and the owners were helpful and answered all of our questions in a timely and friendly fashion. We'll stay there again in the future!

Stayed with my family for the week of the fourth. We had a great time in your condo had all the amenities of home, equipped with everything you would need. Short walk to beach but we enjoyed the bikes! Pool very close. Can't wait til we can visit again!

The unit is great for short or longer stays. It is well equipped, has great amenities, and very cooperative and accommodating owners. Close to all Hilton Head attractions. We keep coming back.

My husband and I (and our small dog) stayed for a week in this condo. It is beautifully decorated and was in a great central location. It is walking distance to the beach and to the store located in palmetto dunes. You have a great lagoon view and Fazio Golf Course is just across the street. We loved it!
