This condo is located in Palmetto Dunes which is a world-class gated resort known for its fantastic beach, three championship golf courses, and award winning tennis. The beach is perfect for bike riding with its hard sand near the water's edge. The golf courses (two of which are within two min's. bike ride) provide even more riding and walking opportunities on their cart paths anytime after 7:00 in the evening. While there is a boat launching area about a mile from the condo, the owners have launched kayaks from the bank behind the condo. Fishing can also be done from the same place.
This spacious two bedroom, two bath villa has one of the best lagoon views in Centrecourt! Great floor plan with two master suites, each boasting two queen size beds and cable television.
