This rental home exceeded our expectations in every way! The home was very clean, very private and very well maintained. The owners seemed very friendly and concerned that we have a good time. We were amazed to find the kitchen so large and so well-equipt. We met friends who have vacationed in Palm Springs for many years and they were delighted at our choice of a vacation residence (so were visitors from home). The web-site scarcely does justice to this delightful home. The pool and spa were just what we needed!! The size was perfect for us and for our guests. A great time was had by all. The Palm Springs area has lots to do. We visited and hiked in the Indian Canyons, drove to Julian , and went to San Diego with friends for an overnight visit. As always, Joshua Tree Nat. Park is so interesting that we could enjoy it anytime we had a spare day.

This was the first time we rented a house. We were not dissapointed with this one. The house was spotless, the pool and spa were used everyday, the view was spectacular. Dealing with Christina was a joy. She replied to my emails quickly and provided us with all the details before we left. We even had a call from someone on our second day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The location of this home is perfect. There's so much to do and see. It was very quiet and we never saw any neighbours. We hope to go back some day. I brag about this holiday every chance I get.

A Pleasant Month in Palm Springs

My wife and I stayed for 1 month in this 3BR, 2 BA home at the end of a cul-de-sac with fenced backyard, pool and spa. It has a 2 car garage. Front and back yards are beautifully landscaped with a great variety of plants, shrubs and trees. Everything worked well (wireless internet, cable TV with HBO, propane grill, appliances, pool and spa.) It's in Palm Springs, so quite close to restaurants and shops. Albertsons grocery is just a quick walk. The house was clean upon our arrival. The owners were easy to work with and answered our e-mails promptly and courteously. Our only issue was the noise from the planes taking off and landing at Palm Springs International Airport, as the house is in the path of the runway. Fortunately it isn't a very large or busy airport, so the noise was confined to early morning and late afternoon. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rate the property and the owners very highly.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway.

The pictures just do not do justice to this property. I have looked at dozens of Palm Springs/Cochella Valley properties and this is a real gem. The owner, Christine was very helpful and had perfect instructions for everything. We will be recommending this property to all our friends. David and Family, Calgary Alberta

The pics of this house do not do it justice! The place is immaculate and completely updated. The owners are the best and I highly recommend this for any one who is looking to relax in the Northern part of Palm Springs.
