This 900 square foot, first-floor pied-a-terre is located in a three-story restored Victorian home (circa 1880) along with three other condominiums. It is provided with one private parking space, however, street parking is available (without a Summer Sticker).

The main entrance to the unit is through the common stairwell, but a private entrance is accessible via the gravel parking lot. This fine home is nestled amongst several 150-year-old specie trees. The surrounding neighborhood is similar and has many fine examples of the old ship Captain's homes. It is an easy walk to the beach, the famed Cliff Walk, downtown shopping, the eclectic restaurants of Broadway, and is a wonderful architectural stroll.

The unit itself was renovated in the Fall of 2005 to reflect a more contemporary styling yet retains its history in the beautifully restored windows, ceilings, trim and floors.
