Pure Spice is a new 1900+ sq.ft luxury, West Indies inspired golf/oceanview condominium in the exclusive resort community of Ocean Hammock. The ocean is our backdrop as we overlook the par 3 8th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, boasting eight holes overlooking the ocean. With endless miles of pristine, cinnamon colored beach and easy access to the intercoastal - nature abounds at Cinnamon Beach.
Pure Spice is located on the second floor for easy access via stairs or elevator. The professionally decorated condo comfortably sleeps 6-8 with a pullout ultrasuede sofa bed in the living room. The main living area with tiled floor and 10'ceilings offers spectacular views from the kitchen, dining, entertainment patio and living room with 35" TV, VCR and DVD. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and offers granite countertops, cherry cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.
The master bedroom suite offers sunrise-oceanviews, a leather-top desk with high-speed internet access, and an oversized master bath with his and her vanities, a large jacuzzi tub, and a spacious stall shower.
The queen bedroom offers sunset-lake views, while the third bedroom offers x-tra long twin beds for comfort. All the bedrooms are beautifully appointed with pillow top mattresses, decorator furnishings, and equipped with TV, VCR, and DVD's.
The laundry room offers a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. All the conveniences of home.
Fishing anyone? Drop a few lines off the lake dock just behind the condominium. We've caught a few nice bass and enjoyed many sunsets and relaxation.
Pure Spice is just a short walk to the two new Cinnamon Beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch a sunrise/sunset or enjoy an evening breeze. It includes a spectacular lap pool, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, perfect for dophin sighting, with chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes the Cinnamon Beach Grille, fitness facilities, a family pool with sprayground, several jacuzzi's, a Teen Center with foosball and air hockey, and an entertainment room with billiards - perfect for group gatherings.
A 10 minute stroll along the ocean will bring you to The Atlantic Grille - offering Pacific Rim cuisine with Carribean influences served in an eclectic ambiance overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
In addition to being situated on the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, six additional golf courses are in the immediate area, plus the LPGA to the south and TPC to the north in Ponte Verda. This is truly a golfers paradise.
Right outside your door are many walking, biking or hiking trails, and within 5 miles you'll find Washington Oaks, Marineland and other historical nature preserves.
Boat rentals are readily available on the intercoastal where dolphins and manatees are often seen and touched. We personally can recommend an excellent captain for those in the mood to catch some of the abundant variety of fish in these waters.
A more recently added attraction in the area is The European Village offering spa services and tennis, as well as many shops and restaurants.
There is truely something for everyone to do and enjoy, but most of all, "The Hammock" is one of the most awe inpiring, naturally preserved, newly developing areas in Florida.
