Local restaurants, coffee houses and shops within walking distance. Easy access to Santa Barbara Main Street (7 minutes) shops, restaurants, and activities including hiking trails just minutes away in the Montecito and Santa Barbara foothills.

This Cottage is a perfect get away for a cozy weekend, week or several months. Nestled among an abundance of trees and gardens giving the impression you’re on an old ranch far away. Every amenity for the traveler including a beautiful Cal King Master bedroom, Queen bedded second bedroom and spacious living room with flat screen TV and WI-FI. Separate stand-alone kitchen with all the amenities and fully stocked with spices and condiments. Outdoor dining complete with 2 Weber BBQ’s that make for a perfect evening after the beach with your favorite beverage.

Check out the interesting restaurants and shops in Santa Barbara, go wine-tasting in Santa Ynez, or travel by the Harbor for a great day of sailing or kayaking and enjoy our beautiful coast line.

Located just a couple minutes to either Beach (Miramar and Butterfly) and just above the coastal morning fog. The best of both worlds. The Harbor is a great place for a walkabout or hang out on the deck at Brophy Brothers (A local Favorite) for a Sunset drink and Seafood fare. Lots of water sport rentals available too!

Great getaway for our family of four to spend Thanksgiving. Very cozy, quaint and unique home with a very well stocked Kitchen to make any gourmet meal. Weather was awesome so we were able to dine alfresco with friends and family. Felt like you were in the country, very peaceful. Jean was very helpful making sure we had everything we needed. We hope to be back soon.
