We loved the location and the value of the property! Right on the beach in Kehei, central location to all of Maui. The pool and grilling area was very nice with tons of lounge chairs on site to enjoy. All the residents/snowbirds that stay at this establishment were very helpful and friendly to get a lay of the land on the best places to hit in Maui. The condo was well stocked with kitchen necessities making it great to make all meals to help with the cost cutting so we could enjoy all the sight-seeing there is to do!! We were traveling with a 2-yr old so it was great of Michael and Marilyn to supply all the items for him while there (pack/play, high chair, stroller and beach toys......he really enjoyed the beach toys!!) They were wonderful hosts to have as they were very accomodating for any requests or inquiries we had.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I rented the 1 bedroom 1 bath portion of the condo. It is very convient if you are not planning much time in the room. The rate was incredible, next to nothing compared to other condos and hotels on the island. The room includes a mini fridge and microwave for the quick leftovers meal. Split air conditioning in the room makes it easy to sleep at ant time of the day. Nani Kai Hale is conviently located from any location on the island if you plann on sight seeing or spending time at different places on the island. Thanks M&M Shrive!

If you are looking for a clean, updated and centrally located condo on Maui, this 2Bd & 2Ba unit in Kihei on Sugar Beach is the place! Our experience was everything that we had imaged and then some. We have been coming to Hawaii for many years and have stayed at various hotels and condos and have found this unit at Nani Kai Hale to be the best experience for our needs. Michael and Marilyn are great hosts! The booking process was straight forward and their professionalism as owner/operators unsurpassed. Most days began with a stroll down Sugar Beach while enjoying the Maui sunrise. The mornings were then spent either golfing on one of many nearby beautiful courses or snorkling amongst the sea turtles just off the beach. In the afternoon, you might see us sailing just offshore departing out of a local marina nearby or reading a good book poolside. By mid-afternoon Mai Tai's would enter into the equation followed by dinner at a local restaurant in downtown Kihei or grilling our favorite dish on the convenient BBQ's located beach front of the unit. Overall, the property is very well maintained and the other residents most friendly. We greatly enjoyed our stay (and know that you will too) and will be returning again soon to our Paradise Discovered! Aloha! Tom R. Houston, TX
