This charming spacious cottage is located on a quiet dead end street and is a perfect getaway from it all. Enjoy views of Lake Ontario and Little Sodus Bay. The cottage is a short five minute walk to one of New York States most prestigious sandy beaches. The cottage is adjacent to Fair Haven State Park which was recently named one of Reserve American's top outdoor locations and in 2004 was selected as one of the top 100 campgrounds in the Nation.
If boating is your desire, it is just a short two minute walk to the state park boat launch. Shops, restaurants, and churches are located in the Village of Fair Haven; a five minute drive from the cottage. First Floor: Kitchen has a new gas stove. The cupboards and drawers are fully stocked with all the amenities of home.
The first floor bedroom offers a daybed. A recently remodeled powder room is just off the bedroom. The dining room has a very large oak antique table with plenty of cane antique chairs seating up to 12 guests at once.
Second Floor: The 4 inside bedrooms are tastefully decorated with antiques and finely crafted furniture. In addition to the inside bedrooms, the second floor offers two screened sleeping porches. Enjoy the sunrise on the east porch that sleeps seven, A bunk-bed with a full-size and single, and two single beds, while the north porch offers two single beds. The second floor full bath consists of a shower, vanity and toilet. All linens and towels are included.
Relax on those hot summer evenings on the cool first floor wrap around screened porch. The porch offers additional dining space with an oak pedestal table and chairs and additional seating for plenty of opportunity to relax during those hot evenings. |
