Relax at this newly renovated adorable ranch in the private community of "Hampton Point" in East Quogue, South of the Highway. It is the last house on the block with a circular driveway, quiet yard, totally tucked away yet a very short walk to our own private bay beach. It is just a short drive over the local bridge in Quogue
to the ocean beaches on Dune Road.

There is lots to do, Wineries on the North shore, A trip to Sag Harbor, Restaurants, Golf, Tennis, shopping at the Mall in Tanger, and visit all the adorable "Hampton" towns.

The house is totally renovated with a new "cottage" maple kitchen complete with every amenity. There are 2 newly tiled baths and an outdoor shower. The Master bedroom has a Queen Bed and it's own private full bath. Living room has a fireplace sitting and dining area. Kitchen has counter seating and another sitting area with french doors to the living room. Sit out on the front porch or relax outback on the brick patio. Ceiling fans in every room as well as Air Conditioning.

August is fantastic in the Hamptons!!!
