We had a wonderful time . The condo was SPOTLESS,roomy and fully stocked with paper goods etc. Tons of clean towels and an awesome view of the beach. Mel and Belinda were such gracious hosts!! We hope to go back soon.

We had a WONDERFUL month at this condo! It was as close to Paradise as we've ever been. We spent many hours enjoying the beautiful warm sun and sights on the large balcony. The 2 bedroom condo was very comfortable and roomy! It was so well equiped with top notch appliances, cooking supplies and linens-we felt very much at home. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the unit as well. The owners were a delight to work with! The location was perfect-on a quiet street yet easy enough to get to many excellent restaurants, night clubs and shopping locations. We will definitely consider this unit for our next stay in Garden City!

We visited the condo in late May/early June and everything was perfect. The condo was spotless, the beach was pristine, the indoor pool was warm and the location was very convenient. We usually prefer the Florida panhandle, but this vacation may sway us East. The owners are right on target with their dinning recommendations. I had to ask for another day because we just didn't want to leave.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo tremendously. It is so comfortable, beautifully decorated, and conveniently located to all the places we like to visit. The ocean view is fantastic. We enjoyed our vacation tremendously.The condo was very clean and fully stocked with dishes,silverware,pots and pans and even paper goods(paper towels,toilet paper and coffee filters). We highly recommend this rental property.It is located near many enjoying activities. Many days we were able to leave our car parked and walked to our entertainment,(the Garden City pier is only 7/10ths of a mile away)The parking area is very spacious and you can not beat the sunrise view from the large balcony.We have stayed in other places with single rooms with the double beds and the tiny kitchenette.After staying here,we will never do that again,especially since the price was the same or even better. It was very comfortable to just sit in the living room with the door open and listen to the waves. If you have a small family(we have 2 adults and 3 kids),this is the place for you. The place was clean. We didn't need to bring sheets. They had everything we need right in the condo. Beautiful view from the Condo. We even saw Dolphins one morning. It was me with 5 teenagers, They told me it was the best time they ever had. Thanks for everything!

The owners of this property are very kind and provide great customer service. The property is updated, clean and well maintained. Royal Gardens is a great location because it is in the middle of both Piers and is only minutes away from many great restaurants. Garden City is a great location for familys and is away from all the fast paced M.B. attractions but still close enough to get to if you want that scene. With that being said this spot was excellent for just relaxing with the family. The beach wasn't overcrowded and the view from the balcony is great. If you want a relaxing time pick this place and owner and you won't be disappointed.
