Area activities: Kathio State Park provides 19 miles of cross country and snowmobiling trails, snowshoe rentals, heated chalet and excellent walking trails.
Father Hennepin State Park near Isle offers cross country ski trails, a swimming beach, walking trails and the opportunity to look for "Daisy" the albino deer.
The Mille Lacs Soo Line Trail is a multiple use trail of 18 miles connecting the towns of Isle and Onamia.
Grand Casino Mille Lacs is open 24 hours a day with a huge live entertainment schedule, nightly buffet and casual dining. Maybe you'll be lucky at blackjack, slots or video poker.
Mille Lacs Indian Museum is open 10:00 am-6:00 pm Thursday - Saturday; Noon to 5:00 pm Sunday. The new museum displays a large collection of Ojibwe objects and guides telling the story of the lives of Band Members past and present. Shop in the restored 1930s trading post.

June through September is $215 a night and $1200 a week
April, May and October through March except holidays is $180 a night & $1100 week
There is a two-night minimum stay required. Check-in 4:00 pm. Check-out 11:00 am.

We have been very pleased with our time spent at Izatys. We love that it is so close to our home in Bloomington, Mn. My husband and I both love to golf and enjoy walking out the door and go golfing on a championship golf course. The lake is like my midwest ocean. Sometimes the waves along the rocks remind me of the norther coast of California. The most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen including Hawaii and we have seen the northern lights. We are proud to offer this vacation getaway in a condition that we would want to enjoy ourselves. Mr clean lives here.

There were 4 of us that spent the weekend Feb 18-20th. We loved the location and all of the small homey touches in the townhouse. We had a fire going in the fireplace from the time we walked in until the wee hours of the morning we checked out. The information about the albino deer piqued our interest and curiousity and we did a drive thru in Father Hennepin State Park as part of our outing to Isle and Wahkon. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
