This is a luxury, waterfront home, on Lopez Island, is 45 minutes from Anacortes, Washington, by ferry. Newly rebuilt and furnished in 2004, this is an exclusive, private residence, for a discriminating clientele but very reasonably priced.
You have private, accessible waterfront, that you can crab and fish off of and a semi private beach, no one ever uses this beach. Due to homeowners association restrictions, the minimum rental is 30 days, that does not mean you need to stay in the house for that entire time and with our very reasonable price it is easily comparable to a weekly or biweekly rate. Please call us for rate information as it is dependant upon the time of year and availability.

The San Juan Islands are some of the most beautiful places on earth. If you have never been here, you cannot picture what it is like! Only 1.5 hours from Seattle to Anacortes, then a 45 min ferry ride.
