Cape Town a lovely double story two bedroom Condo conveniently situated and close to all amenities. The ground level has an open plan modern kitchen, lounge and dining room. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms, both with double beds and a bathroom with both shower and bath. Outside a paved garden that has a built -in braai / barbecue area. The single garage has an automated door. A safe and alarm system are fitted. Please note, the condo is not suitable for small active children, as there are no security fittings on the upstairs windows and stairs leading to the bedrooms. A few minutes drive will bring you to our world famous sandy shores, long stretches of beach and the most picturesque views of Table Mountain, where sun lovers run, cycle, ski, swim, boat, surf, windsurf or just simply soak up the rays. Parklands suburb derives its name from the myriad of landscaped parks scattered in and around the neighborhood.
Cape Town is one of the most beautiful cities in the World with breath taking beaches, under the famous Table Mountain setting. The area offers the finest wine, excellent restaurants, first world shopping and a climate that allows outdoor sport activities all year. What a great hostess Norma is! Her home is furnished with everything you need for a stay no matter how long you will stay. But more importantly, Norma is a person who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and to assist in helping you do the things you want to do in the fabulous city of Cape Town. There is a lovely outside area of the condo unit that is perfect for a private breakfast or dinner. We will be back to visit Norma and to enjoy the well maintained property! I highly recommend this to all!! johnOwner response: Thank you so much, I loved meeting you and your wife. Having travelled myself to your Country and others, I really appreciated the thoughtfulness and kindness I was given. I try and strive to do the same, even small deeds can make a huge difference. The perks of " my job ' are all the friends I meet and too many of those you cannot have. Hope to see you both again, either back in Cape Town or Canada, where ever our paths may cross. This was by far our best vacation yet! The condo is spot on as described. Conveniently located close to all of the action but quiet and peaceful enough to fully relax and enjoy. Our host was extremely kind and helpful. The service FAR exceeded our expectations. You cannot go wrong staying here. We have a new vacation home in Cape Town. My husband and I stayed at this townhouse for 1 week. It is spotlessly clean, offers all conveniences and is very comfortable. We felt safe and at home. We really enjoyed the fact that we could visit the wonderful attractions and beautiful beaches that the Cape has to offer. A highlight for us was watching the stunning sunsets and views of Table Mountain from the varied restaurants at big Bay. We are a couple with a small child from England and this is our second visit here. Again, we found the townhouse to be perfectly situated, with easy access to the lovely beaches, supermarkets / shopping centre's and restaurants. Parklands is a nice leafy suburb that we find to be safe, quiet and conveniently situated. With the good road network this is a great base for getting to all the fantastic attractions Cape Town has to offer. The Townhouse itself is extremely clean and homely and contained everything we needed, plus more. Cape Town was the last week of my seven month world trip from Asia Europe and The Americas. The new airfare deals from Buenos Aires to Cape town convinced me to stop in Africa on the circuit back to Asia. And where was the best spot in my travels??...Cape Town! Its given me a taste for Africa-- as its exceptionally beautiful and friendly- and cheap- for such high standards! Norma's Town house is'' five star' finished. There's a first class public transport system linking everything (don't forget you are supposed to get Yellow fever shots if flying from South America)Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

I flew over from Buenos Aires to Capetown and was amazed at the superior lifestyle in Capetown. With the deep blue sky, dramatically towering mountains, white sandy beaches and the crystal clear ocean- the city is strikingly neat and uncluttered. (don't forget technically you should get Yellow Fever shots if you have been in Argentina) Norma's town house is first class- very quiet and comfortable. A friend and I stayed at this excellent townhouse for three weeks in February/March 2010. It is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and had every household appliance to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location of the property is ideal for access to beaches, shopping malls, wineries, V&A Waterfront and casino. We enjoyed the sea views and great food at Moyo and Karoo restaurants at Big Bay, and On The Rocks restaurant in Blouberg. We are hoping to visit Cape Town again next year and would definitely stay at this venue again. I highly recommend this accommodation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.
