Live by the sea on your holiday. Our home is virtually surrounded by the 72* warm waters of Nantucket Sound, Little Pond, and Great Bay. Swim, sail and fish, within a stones throw, without parking and beach fees, to contend with.
Our home has for 29 years been previously run by us as a bed and breakfast known as the Sea Shell Inn. It consists of a 3 bedroom breakaway unit with a spacious kitchen,living,dining area that may be rented weekly (Saturday to Saturday ) There are 2 additional bedrooms with private baths and separate entrances that may be rented as well thus increasing occupancy We have throughely enjoyed the experience of accommodating guests from around the world. Year Purchased: 1983
We are Sean and Sheila Regan and have 3 grown children. We purchased this wonderful place as a bed and breakfast in 1983 and have enjoyed accommodating thousands of guests from literally every corner of the world at our oceanfront home also known as the Sea shell Inn. Today we no longer operate as a day to day bed and breakfast. ( we're getting a little tired of all the work that entails) but still very much enjoy accommodating guests in a weekly vacation rental. You would be renting a self contained, separate entrance, fully equipped and furnished 3 bedroom unit with its own kitchen,living and dining area. There is no common space that one would typically find in a B&B. we live onsite in what is now an oceanfront duplex house. We like to talk (especially Sean ) and are available ( or a phone call away ) to assist with your holiday plans or to address any problems that may occur during your stay. We love the beach, boating ,skiing and traveling. We know the New England area intimately and have visited Canada, Ireland, UK, Italy, France,Spain,Australia,New Zealand and just this past November China. We enjoy the eleven mile long sea to shining sea bike path, the Cape Cod baseball league, and the College Light Opera in Falmouth.
