Situated on a half-acre wooded lot, this ranch-style home is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your beach holiday. It's located on a quiet, friendly cul-de-sac with summer and year-round homes not far from Orleans center. A private, fenced patio area on the back of the house provides a quiet spot to entertain and enjoy the large backyard. A new, hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower in the patio area offers a fun way to rinse off after a day at the beach or simply enjoy a refreshing shower on a hot day.
All white panelling and summer/beach decor lends a bright, airy feel to this inviting beach home. The living room and dining room areas have wall-to-wall carpeting with beautiful hardwood floors in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully-appointed with lots of counter space. A small video/DVD library as well as books and games are provided.
The bike trail is just a short seven minute drive from the house. Close to bayside (Skaket - 3.5 mi), oceanside (Nauset - 4.5 mi), and Pleasant Bay (2 mi) beaches.

Off Season: Sep 02-Nov 18 .. $1000/week
Half rental fee due upon signing rental agreement.
Balance of rental fee and $100 Cleaning fee due one month before occupancy.
$250 Security Deposit due one month before occupancy.
Security Deposit will be returned within 30 after termination of
occupancy if no damage or extra cleaning required.

Thanks for giving us such a nice home base for the week. This was our first trip to the Cape. The house was everything we could have hoped for, especially with two young girls. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. And it was nice to have a place to come 'home' to after seeing what this side of the Cape had to offer.

Even though the weather wasn't great, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Some of our favorite activities were the Hole in One for breakfast, Cape Cod Potato Chip factory on a rainy day and enjoying many of the little shops along 6A (especially the Strawberry Patch!) Your home is lovely - from the outdoor shower to the cable service. Your home is truly a home away from home!

We had a great week! This is our 3rd year coming to the Cape and we must say we like your house the best, not only because of how well-equipped and comfortable it is but because it is centrally located to all the good stuff. We enjoyed the bay beach as well as oceanside and they are both so close.
