Location: Boone, Blue Ridge Mountains, North Carolina, USA
Accommodations: Cabin, 2 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths (Sleeps 4)
Welcome to Little Creek Cabin.....Looking for that old-timey, cozy, rustic log cabin in the mountains? Look no more! Come experience the charm from a piece of Pioneer Americana, but with all the conveniences of home.
Nestled among majestic pines and beautiful hardwoods, this wonderful log cabin began it's life 200 years ago, part of a small Irish homestead in Ky. It is constructed from beautifully-colored, antique, hand-hewn logs into a perfectly unique and cozy cabin.
The interior features all wood construction, hickory plank flooring (down) and a gorgeous stone fireplace (wood burning). The master bedroom/bath (queen bed) is located on main level, and second bedroom and one-half bath encompass the entire upstairs (double bed, twin bed).
Located on an end of road setting with over five wooded acres, you are sure to enjoy relaxing under the tin-roofed front or rear porches, or just enjoy the many birds, butterflies and hummingbirds who visit the small flower garden.
Little Creek Cabin is perfect for a romantic mountain get-away for a couple or very small family (not recommended for very young children) seeking a private location, yet close to all activities the High Country has to offer. Everything you need at your finger tips.
Conveniently located to Boone/Blowing Rock, The Jefferson's, Historic Todd/New River, and the Blue Ridge Parkway is just over the ridge.

We found this gem several years ago, and now we stay here whenever we visit the mountains. We have stayed every season and found each season beautifu. Easy access to everything. It is so peaceful and serene, though, you may find yourself not wanting to do anything but put your feet up and relax. Every amenity has been taken care of in this wonderful cabin. All you have to do is show up!

Loved the Christmas cabin, walking up the ridge to the sunset point that overlooked a Christmas tree farm. Watched a star filled sky until I had wished on a shooting star for each of my family members on a New Years Eve. Only regret is having to delay departure 2 hours extra to do laundry and dishes then drive 30 minutes to dump trash. Could have been home 2.5 hours earlier. Would prefer to include with cleaning services only as practicality for long distance guests:)

My husband and I recently stayed in Little Creek cabin while in town for a wedding. The cabin was conventiently close to downtown Boone, and was truly beautifully done. We enjoyed being inside the cabin as well as exploring the surrounding grounds. We highly rercommend this cabin to anyone who will be staying in the area, and would urge to consider it over the alleged convenience of a hotel. Price wise, it can't be beat! The cabin comes with plenty of amenities, and it is clear that great pains have been taken to create a charming and cozy atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband surprised me with a weekend trip for our anniversary and booked the Little Creek Cabin. It was absolutely PERFECT in every way--straight out of a dream for me! I can't imagine that there is any way we could have spent our weekend that would have made me happier. Every detail has been thoughtfully done and we will certainly be back!

Little Creek Cabin is an amazing place to get away from everything with all the comforts of home. Quiet, relaxing and refreshing are adjectives that easily come to mind. We enjoyed the solitude but also the easy access to Boone, Blowing Rock, and the Blueridge Parkway. We loved shopping at all the art galleries especially Carlton Gallery near Foscoe/Banner Elk. And you must eat at the Daniel Boone Inn in Boone. Be sure not to miss the short hike down to see the Cascades waterfall off the Blueridge Parkway. It's amazing! We will definitely be back!

We rented the Little Creek Cabin which is approx. 25 minutes (16 miles) from Boone, North Carolina where our daughter will be attending Appalachian State this fall. The cabin is located at the end of a gravel road - quite a ways up the mountain, and was nicely secluded. We drove a sedan (rear wheel drive), and I can't imagine driving up the mountain (at least on the gravel road) without 4-wheel drive in the winter. Cabin was very clean and well appointed. Our only complaint was the lack of natural light. We found ourselves turning the lights on during the middle of the day. Beds were comfortable. After attending orientation at App. State, we stayed in the area and hiked varies trails off the BRP.

This is a beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting, perfectly appointed and in perfect condition and perfectly charming. As you can see by my overuse of the word 'perfect' I liked it a lot and would go back in a heartbeat.

This cabin is a wonderfull destination to get away from it all. Beautifully built and decorated. We spent our honeymoon here and enjoyed nights by the fire and mornings on the front porch. The cabin is convenient to all attractions in the area. I can't say enough about how wonderfull the experience of staying in the cabin is. Can't wait to get back!

A wonderful cabin, well designed, beautifully decorated. An excellent location to step away, completely unwind and relax yet still have the services you may expect should you want them. Well Done.
