  Owner was very accommodating. My sister-in-law brought her dog for the first time and he had a blast. Condo was roomy and nicely setup for all of us including the dog. Havasu rocks!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks YL

  My friends and I stayed at this property for a week and we had a BLAST! It was very spacious, super comfortable, and we woke up to a beautiful view of the lake every morning. We loved having a balcony that we could play pool on, and just hang out. The other good thing is that it is super close to the London Bridge Hotel and a bunch of water activity rental services, so everything is within walking distance from the condo. And the land lord Y.L. was great! He really treated us to a beautiful time by renting this property. Last thing, if you choose to visit Havasu during Spring Break season, you can rest assured knowing that this property is far enough away from all the ruckus at the hotel, so nights are quiet and comfortable! I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Lake Havasu

  Very spacious and comfortable for our family of 6 (including 4 teenage boys!). It had all the amenities to make our stay fun and relaxing. The condo is situated in an excellent location for both boating and enjoying the city. The owner was friendly, helpful and easy to work with. We are thrilled we chose this condo and will definitely be back!

  This is the place we have stayed the most for our trips to Havasu and we are always pleased. You cannot beat the price for this clean and home-like condo! YL is a pleasure to work with every time and the transaction is smooth and flawless. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone and anyone! You won't be disappointed...
