Waterfront condo with private beach on the shores of Lake Erie. Great views of Lake Erie from the second floor balcony that overlooks the swimming pool, hot tub, and Lake Erie. Also if you enjoy tennis there's a tennis court and a putting green. The condo is within walking distance to restaurants and also close to downtown Port Clinton. Hi Gene, My husband and I just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed our stay in your condo. What a great view! We loved the beautiful sunsets each night, and watching the sail boats cruise out to Put in Bay. Our little guy had a blast each day at the pool and on the beach. He thought it was so cool that he was able to walk all the way out into the lake on the sand bar. It's such a great location too....Cedar Point, Marblehead, downtown Sandusky.....lots to do. Anyways, just wanted to say thanks. We will definitely return.

Gene, I just wanted to tell you that my husband and I really enjoyed our stay at your condo. It is the nicest place we have stayed at Lake Erie. Beautiful pool and decks, place was very clean, and the view of the lake was very nice. It was a much needed get away. Thank you for allowing us to go up a day early. We appreciated the extra time there!!!!! We are thinking of maybe trying to go back first part of September. When do they close the pool for the season? Again, thanks for everything. EVERYTHING THAT THIS LOCATION WAS DESCRIBED FOR WAS ACCURATE, PHOTOS WERE VERY HELPFUL! THE PROPERTY IS NICELY LOCATED FOR MANY EVENTS/TRIPS NEARBY (JET-EXPRESS, PUT-N-BAY, AFRICAN SAFARI, CEDAR PT/ETC). THE VIEW OF LAKE ERIE WAS SUPERB, SUNSETS WERE FANTASTIC..! THE POOL/SPA/BEACH AREA IS VERY CLEAN, AND HAS EVERYTHING U'D NEED FOR EASY READING, SUNWORSHIPPING,ETC. THE OWNER RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO OUR QUESTIONS TO SOME SIMPLE THINGS WE NEEDED SOME INFO ON. WE WOULD RERENT TOMORROW!!

We chose the Port Clinton location to give our 3 and 6 year old granddaughters the experience of Lake Erie that our own children enjoyed. The condo was perfect! It was comfortable and furnished with anything we might need. The pool was clean and spacious, plus the residents were very friendly. We very much appreciate the way Gene handled a malfunction - thank goodness it was still under warranty. Thank you - we would definitely rent again.

Thank you Gene! We enjoyed our stay, the weather was perfect.... little bit of sweatshirt weather! Jolly Roger's so close and you can't beat that fresh fish. The pool and grounds were beautiful. The condo looked exactly like the pictures and we enjoyed the balcony. Close enough to the water and such a wonderful breeze. We met a couple of your friendly neighbors. What a great community and such a short drive from home. Why go to Florida when you have it all in Port Clinton! Thanks again.

We just returned from a 3 night trip from this condo. I was very impressed when I walked in to see how clean and spacious it was. The pictures really don't give it justice, you'll have to see for yourslef. There is a perfect view of Lake Erie from the balcony with a nice breeze in the morning and evening. The pool and landscaping is absolutely beautiful. If you're looking for a nice laid back place to go for a little getaway, this will definitely work. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel welcome in their community. The owner, Gene, was very easy to communicate and deal with. Thank you for sharing your condo with us, we truly enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you need for your stay. The view is breathtaking from the balcony. You can walk from the pool down to the beach in seconds. With young children, we especially liked that we could walk pretty far out into the lake and it was shallow. We only had one small complaint and that was the sun set into the living room, which made it very warm since the only A/C was in the bedroom. We would definitely return to this property.
