Hale Lani is one of the very few legal vacation rentals on the North Shore. We hold a certificate of use permit as a vacation rental as is required by law in Kauai -TVNC 4182. For your peace of mind, you should only rent from a permitted vacation rental, as unlicensed (illegal) vacation rental homes could be shut down before your stay.
This large 4 bedroom beach home features a spectacular view of Bali Hai. You can sit on a 900 square foot lanai with your favorite beverage and enjoy the view without people or buildings to interfere with it. Bananas, coconuts, papaya, plumeria and orchids on the property.
Our repeat guests love staying here because of the splendid location, our authentic South Seas decor, the spaciousness of the home and the GREAT VALUE.
In a rural area with easy access to almost deserted sandy beach, this home is set far back from a road that ends in two miles. The largest reef in the main Hawaiian Islands is for great snorkeling and top surfing 'Tunnels' is only 1/4 mile away. Tropical pools for swimming and many waterfalls nearby.
The house is decorated in tropical decor with many oil paintings. Porcelain tile floors with oriental rugs. All appliance modern with smooth top stove and self-cleaning oven. Two full baths with secluded outdoor shower.
Easy level access to sandy, almost deserted beach. Many of the world's top rated beaches within two miles. Many movies have used this great North Shore location! Great for a family!
Our home is very flexible and can accomodate small groups or couples on a romantic getaway, or larger groups up to 13.
A $400.00 deposit for U.S. residents, $600 deposit for non-U.S. Residents will temporarily serve to hold a reservation for an open period, provided a lease and 1/2 the rental payment are promptly completed. The deposit, upon completion of your stay, and return of the keys, will be refunded to you, less any charges. A non-refundable clean-out fee of $250. Additional cleaning for longer stays and large groups will be arranged.
All rates plus 13.41% Hawaii sales and hotel tax.
