This very large 1430 square foot beach condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico is where you want to spend your vacation! Open balcony with access from main living room and master bedroom. The bedrooms feature a king-size bed in master and two queen size beds in 2nd bedroom with queen sleeper sofa in family room. FREE WIRELESS INTERENT SERVICE! Two new flat screen TV's in bedrooms along with larger TV in living area. All three TV's have DVD/VHS players. Large fully equipped kitchen with UNDERCOUNTER ICE MAKER. Washer and dryer has been installed for your convenience. All rooms have blackout drapes.
Right on the beach, our 5th floor unit features a spectacular view of the gulf and white sugar beachs. NO streets to cross. Watch the dolphins playing in the emerald green waters or the boats going up and down the coast from the master bedroom, living room or on the large balcony facing the water! Shoreline Towers is a private gated complex with 24 hour security. We feature 2 tennis courts with lights, heated swimming pool, clubhouse with exercise room, sauna, beach chair and umbrella rentals. Shopping, great restaurants, amusement parks and fantastic golf are only blocks away.

Our condo is family owned and extremely clean and well equipped. If you would like to spend some time playing in the gulf and building sandcastles on the beach, Destin is the place! Check in 3:00p.m. and out 10:00a.m. on site in rental office by the pool.
Late check-in (after 4:30p.m.) can be arranged with the security gate.
Renters must be 25 years old and show proof at check-in.
*****A one time deposit of $400.00 is required within 7 days of making reservations. This $400.00 is applied to the total rent and the remainder of the total rent is due to Shoreline Towers Rental Office 30 days piror to reservations. Plus 11% Fl. tax, $55.00 rental booking fee, and cleaning fee.

We had great vacation at the condo. Everything is as described and pictured. The owners are the best our family has ever delt with. Location is close to everything in Destin. Hope to come back in 2011.

My family & I stayed here from 04/07/10 to 04/10/10. The view is GREAT! The condo is very clean & looks exactly like the pictures. There are lots of good places to eat nearby & a grocery store less than 1/2 a mile from the condo. We enjoyed our stay & will definitely stay here again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

We have stayed in Destin for the past 12 years and this condo is by-far the best on Holiday Isle. It's very spacious and well kept. The view is great. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. I would highly recommend this unit.

Lovely gulf-front condo with a great view! The condo was fully furnished and provided plenty of breathing space for six people. Nice beach, pool and tennis courts. The owners are very accommodating and accessible during the planning process.

This condo is very nice and a wonderful place to spend a few days or a whole week. It looks right out on the beach. The beds sleep great! The new washer and dryer is really nice. Hope to get back to Shoreline very soon.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It is very clean and neat. The owner is the best you will ever do business with. She is very nice and accommodating. The condo is on the beach with easy access to everything (beach, pool, restaurants, shopping.) We really enjoyed and appreciated the amenities package. We enjoyed "The Track" riding go carts, rides and playing putt-putt and the men loved the golf package. We loved staying here and hope to make it an annual event. Thank you for being so great and for sharing your beach home!
