Why the Owner Chose Punta Arena
Awesome ocean view, privacy, exclusivity, and luxury combined with convenience to the beaches of los Cabos and downtown Cabo San Lucas. Excellent quality for the price. Alternatives choices to this house are very large houses that rent $800+/night, and if you want to step out the beach your only choices are --a hotel room on the beach $600+/night or renting a small condo on the marina.

Mainly a surfing beach, not particularly safe for simple swimming. Accessable from the road at Cabo Bello. This is the closest public beach to Casa Del Alba Bonita and walkable.
Playa Las Vuidas is a small scenic beach with very coarse sand and interesting rock formations that surround the beach and shoreline. Follow signs on Mex 1 to get there. You can drive up to it. Free
Playa de la Santa Maria Bahia is a popular swimmable beach in a sheltered bay. It is also great place to snorkel. Follow signs on Mex 1 to get there. Look for the signs around Km 12 on Mexico 1. Fr
Bahia Chileno is the nicest swimmable public beach along the tourist corridor. It has bathrooms and parking and palapas for shade. It also is excellent for snorkeling and scuba off the beach. Look
Restaurants, nightlife. Nice to have close by, but you don't want to live there!

We really enjoyed our stay here! This was a great villa in a very convenient location just outside town. The house had a really nice view of the ocean and we appreciated all the extra touches put into the place to make it comfortable for us. The only small negative was that the neighborhood was still under construction so the second public pool was not complete yet. Luckily the construction was in the back of the neighborhood away from the house, so it didn't really affect our stay. We highly recommend this house if you enjoy Cabo like we do and want to get a good quality value for your accomodations without all the tourist hoopla you find in the middle of downtown when you stay at one of the big resorts or condo complexes.
