Located just 200 metres from secluded beach. This tastefully furnished two bedroom waterfront villa takes advantage of fantastic marina and mountain views. The villa is adjacent to a beautiful tropical landscaped garden, in a tranquil setting yet within easy reach of all the amenities that Jolly Harbour Marina and Golf Resort has to offer.

The villa has two double bedrooms and comfortably sleeps five people. The front bedroom has twin beds and an additional folding bed and/or cot is available if required. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and this bedroom leads out onto a spacious balcony that overlooks the water and the mountains beyond. Here is the perfect spot to take a leisurely breakfast whilst you decide what to do with your day.

Downstairs the villa has a fully equipped kitchen. There is a large open plan living and dining area providing a relaxing and comfortable environment. Sliding doors lead out onto a beautiful spacious patio with steps leading down to the waters edge.

From the patio you have stunning views over the marina and the "Seeping Indian" range of hills, as well as the tropical gardens adjacent to the villa. The patio is the perfect place to sunbathe, dine alfresco, sip cocktails, entertain your friends, or simply relax and watch fish swimming around your dock and hummingbirds drinking the nectar from the flowers just feet away. The patio enjoys both sun and shade as well as a pleasant breeze which makes it perfect to sit outside

ON SITE FACILITIES:
Jolly Harbour's commercial centre is located in the centre of the resort and is the hub of the resorts activities day and night. Here you will find a 25 metre swimming pool, sports centre, a selection of shops, bars and restaurants - in fact everything you could want.

Just a few minutes walk from the villa is Jolly Harbour's 18 hole champion golf course, open to the public and visitors on a daily fee basis.

THINGS TO DO:
Whether you seek a quiet relaxing holiday or something more active we have the perfect answer. You can swim, sail water-ski, go fishing, dive snorkel among the coral reefs, play a round of golf. Visit Antigua's rain forest, go duty free shopping in St John's Antigua's capital. Visit Shirley Heights and historical Nelsons Dockyard. Why not take a trip to Barbuda - Antigua's sister island, just one hour by catamaran. You could do all this and much more... or simply do nothing-the choice is yours.

BEACHES:
The villa is situated less than two minutes walk from one of Antigua's most natural and secluded beaches. Here you can watch pelicans diving for fish as you walk on the soft white coral sand and swim in the calm turquoise waters of the caribbean Sea. The stunning Jolly Beach, where you will find pleanty of watersports is just a short ride away. Antigua has 365 beaches (one for everyday of the year) and it is common to find one all to yourself.
